just got a call from this # redialed it and call cant go thru, prob bill collector

This number called my cell phone last night and again this morning.  I did not answer either time.  No voice mail was left. I text messaged the number and the delivery receipt said that the number is unsupported.  Probably a telemarketer using an autodialer.

Yep, it's a telemarker,(954) 819-2256, selling health insurance.  I did not answer and I got the voicemail with the recorded message for health insurance.

Called me and did not leave a message: Number came up while it was ringing as Number Unavailable, but after it stopped ringing it revealed this number.

I got the call on my "do not call" listed phone number it was a solicitor message something about health insurance.  Love to know who it is so I can file against them.

Call to my cell.  The recorded message started "do you pay for your own health insurance?".  I hung up.  Why should I listen - I don't live in FL anymore!!

Pre-recorded calls are definitely not exempt from the DNC rules.  In fact the rules are even more strict for pre-recorded calls. You don't  even have to be on the DNC list for it to be illegal.  In order to call you with a pre-recorded message, a company most have either written permission from you or an audio recording of you giving them permission.  This went into affect last October.  A company can actually be fined thousands of dollars per person that they call with a pre-recorded message.  There are a few exceptions for non-profits and strictly informational calls, for instance your airline letting you know your flight is delayed.

They are selling Health Insurance with pre-recorded message.  These calls are illegal.  I am on DO Not Call List.  I urge everyone to go to FCC.gov and report these idiots and anyone eles who violate the rules.  The FCC tracks them and they get an $11,000 fine for each call made.  Lets put the idiots out of business!

I have gotten 2 calls a day from this number for the past 3 days.  Who the hell are they?  When you call back all you get is a busy signal.

I got a call from this number as well... Someone trying to sell insurance... I just hung up on them... I too am on the do not call list, I'm reporting them to the do not call list... If they keep calling, then I'm contacting the atterney generals office...
