I get calls from this number regularly.  No one answers most of the time.  Sometimes they say something about health insurance.  I have several phones on this Verizon program (4) and we all get it.  My area code is 561 (florida) so they call from 954 (florida) but I am in other parts of North America most of the time.
It really annoys me that Verizon is not doing something about this.  They waste my minutes.  
They are eating up minutes in the thousands and thousands (which means money) and I think Verizon should hunt them down - they sure are a big enough company to do it.

They telemarketers probably get money for just getting you to answer and their company doesn't even care if they talk to you or  not.  That is why the calls week in and week out.

I got a call from them today also. Crazy.

they are taking our names off the donotcall list .  i guess they are doing something illegal with the fcc.

I received a call from this number on my cell, but I missed it, I tried to call it back, but it said it wasn't a valid number.

It's not going to happen.  Why would Verizon care if you burn your minutes?  They only stand to gain from these callers.  This is why mobile carriers can / will not block calls, SMS, etc, no matter how harassing they become.

Mobile carriers are in the business of selling minutes.  The more minutes you consume, the more money they make.  Period, end of story.

I just got one of these calls.  No message, just a hangup.  I'll live.

Just received a call from these punks and received a voicemail stating they are an independent insurance broker...

My wife and I got calls from 954-819-6545. They did not leave a message and when we tried to call back a recording says that is not a working number. We are in the No Call List but still get many calls like this.

I have been getting two calls a day for the past week from these people.  They never leave a message.  I set my iPhone to a silent ringtone.  I love that silent ringtone option.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone this afternoon. I don't answer calls from ppl I don't know, and they didn't leave a message.

Based on everyone's responses, I have saved the phone number in my phone as "Do Not Answer" and have had my phone set to go directly to voicemail everytime this number calls.

Was not able to answer it before they hung up, I tried to call back from skype and it says its an invalid phone number.

just got 2 calls from this number -have no idea who/what and its not the first time either

FYI to anyone one on the do not call list, just so you know that list does not exist anymore a court found it to be unjust.

It is an automated telemarketing number for Health Ins.

My caller ID shows that a telephone number (954) 819-6545 tried to get in touch with me. Knowing no one at that number, I called back and an automated reply informed that this is a wrong number. In my opinion, it is a hoax.

I received a call on 5/13/10, at 7 ;41 pm, no message was left and I could not reach the number shown on my caller I.D. Who is this person or company or could it be a scam phone call? If this is a scam phone number who do I report it to.

5/12/10 - missed call since it was from an unknown caller & I do not pick up calls from people that not identified. no message left. tried to research it online but only found all of these complaints.

I got two calls from this number.  I do not answer it because I do not know who it is.  They never leave a message.  If it is a collection agency or a telemarketer I will never answer.  I just ignore it.  Just really really annoying, especially because they called at two very inconvenient times.
