I use to work for these guys they are a scam... Contact visa or any of the credit card companies you used and tell them it was a fraudelent charge.

TRIPEL A WARRANTY DON'T BUY ANY Car Insurance they are scum. They told me to refund my money  but they ignore you.

received a call from a Paul Burns Dealer services re warranty on my navigator as it is due to run out in 2009.  I could receive full coverage because of the lower mileage, for about $2500 after a lot of hesitation on my part I finally gave in and excepted gave credit card payment taken 24th of Sept.08 A call came from a Sharon of triple a warranty to tell me that they could not process my warranty for a reason she was not in formed of.  I was to receive a full refund in 5 to 10 days have yet to get it. after numerous phone calls to 1 866 945 9255 busy or leave a message and we will return. no return as yet. called number listed on my visa bill 1 800 996 2601 left message for them to return my call otherwise I am forced to go to the police and my lawyer. no call as yet.

Hello,  I guess I'm part of another statistic.  I hate it when that happens.  I went through the whole process, including the cancellation, yet it's been about 14 weeks and I still havent got my refund from "Triple A Warranty".  I did get a Dura Lube phone # and they actually picked up.  That # is 1-800-444-9420.  I have been calling them and apparently they contacted and also gave me the "owners e-mail".  Here is that info: wayne_kreigsbergwk@citirefi.com.  In additions, I CC ddoyle@tripleacarwarranty.com.  At financial times like this, I decided to take a gamble without warranty, and a gamble it resulted.  Hope they listen to the masses and we get our $$ back.

Same thing happened to me and I am pissed and don't know what to do.  They said I would get my refund back and all that good stuff but nothing!!!!  Let me know what you do because I need to get something done.  Thanks

And did you recieve your refund? We've sent in our letter, were told we'd get a full refund and its now been over 10 weeks. The "manager" of the Coral Springs, FL, office, Debbie Greg, puts all my calls into a bogus voicemail, hangs up, and does not return my calls. Does anyone have any suggestions prior to my call to an attorney?

Well, Triple A Warranty they got my husband on the phone on May 19.  He thought it was our Mercedes dealer and actually made the purchase.  We realized the mistake on May 23.  Called 1-800-996-2601 to cancel. Spoke to Alma.  She said we need to send to letter to cancel.  When I said that I expected a FULL refund, she hemmed and hawed.  Finally she said there would be a $150 cancellation fee.  I told her I expected a FULL refund.  She said she could not commit to that.  I sent the cancellation letter (certified mail) with a demand for full refund.
I alerted the BBB of SouthEast Florida of their deceptive marketing tactics.

Unavailable # (2 way), research found TripleAWarranty.  Spoke with a representative and gave him bogus information about a Ford Taurus 2003 LX.  explained there was a plan for my car bumper to bumper for $2615.  Asked if they had a website http://www.tripleacarwarranty.com/ (believe they may have given me a legit site) though the 1st caller stated 'dealer services'

Funny thing I spoke with a person by the name of Paul Banks.  He stated I have to call his # directly and speak with no one else (866)945-9255.  He also stated that for 2 hours he would be willing to knock off $315 to make the total $2300 with a min downpayment of $350 - $1000.  He was giving me this deal since he didn't need an auditor to come out to my location.

I have not given this guy a call back and will never do so.  For those that want to see if this is a legit business the guy above supposedly does warranties for all autos and can instantly remove $$$$ from what you are quoted..............

Keep getting calls from this number and each time they hang up on me. I'm on the do not call list and still continue to get calls from this number.

I got two calls from this number. I told them I am not interested. Do not call me with my cellular phone. I hate such kind of business calls, which also use my cellular phone time.

I got 3 calls today from this annoying company.  They won't take No for an answer. I no longer own the vehicle they asked me about, and kept wanting to know what vehicle I own now.  Called on my cell, which is an unlisted - do not call number.

Ok I'm really sick of this Triple A warranty! I'm having the same experience . They cal at least 3 times a day and when you answer it hangs up. I try to call back and the voice mail is full! How do we stop these guys.I wish there was a way to block calls from them or something!

Receive calls several times a day.  When answered I hear a clicking sound then dial tone.

they've called twice today. I answered both times. First time I was still in that lull period between an automatically dialed call and a person later picking up once you answer; after I answered the call then disconnected. The second call, I said hello several times, could here sound inteh call boiler room but nobody came on my line to talk to me. I hung up.
If this keeps up is it in violation of 'do ot call' and how do we get it enforced?  thanks
