you need the updates information.  Denha has moved to a new location after they were evicted from their prior office.  the new location address is 3111 north university drive, Suite 400, Coral Springs, FL 33071.  the phone contacts remain to be the same, but they opt not to give out their current location although they have not been at the prior address since later December of 2013.  Also, Greg Spinder the thief, was caught embezzling Denha funds into his own pockets and has since been removed (penniless) form the company including Centerlink Media for the same reasons.
While the scam remain to run the same as before, Spinder has lost everything, which is Justice in that aspect being he was the biggest thief of all.  Additionally, a new company evolved which commits more fraud than any of the formed companies put together.  I hope this post helped you out.

So odd.  I did an online request for cost of shipping a car, and some guy has called from this number 4 times leaving messages wanting to do it.  He's changed from mortgages to car shipping?

I think it is important for the world to know that Lance Denha & Greg Spinder are in fact murders that rob to poor and ruin their lives in order to put money into their pocket.

One day about 20 months ago my wife received a phone call from Lance Denha Law.  They called her almost daily and on that someone convinced her that we should stop making our mortgage payment because they could guarantee to cut our payment in half.  We were struggling with out payment but we never missed a payment in our life.

Since that time our lives have been turned upside down.  While paying Lance Denha $12,000.00 in fees we began to get harassed daily by our bank with phone calls that Lance Denha said would not happen, Letters that Lance denha said he could stop, and people knocking on our doors, taking pictures of our home, and taping threatening notes to the door.  All the while Lance Denha told us not to worry.  

The last year could not have been more stressful and my wife fell ill because of it.  She was in great health and full of life before this.  We were eventually told that our loan did not meet the qualifications for any sort of modification program and that we would have to give our home up or we would certainly lose it to Foreclosure.  

This news broke my wife and we recently lost her.  These people killed her to put money in their pocket.  After receiving the news that we had to leave out house Lance Denha wanted to give us $595.00 back of the more than $12,000.00 they had stolen from us to make us fall behind, lose our home, displace our family, and kill my wife.  These are evil people.

I am in the midst of filing a massive law suit against Lance Denha, but that will never bring back my wife and I'm told Lance Denha will probably not serve jail time for his crimes.  During the early stages of this Law Suit we have learned that Lance Denha's partner is named Gred Spinder.  Greg Spinder is listed as the Marketing Director for the Law Firm but the research indicates that he is actually the main owner between the two of them.  What is more sickening is that the research shows that Greg Spinder also had many Loan Modification scam companies prior to this one that were either exposed for fraud, shut down by the government, or rolled into another scam Firm.  Those other scams owner by Greg Spinder are First Universal Lending, Centerlink Media, Loan Doc Prep, The Pinnacle Law Firm, Credit Trust Group, Debt Network USA and others.  All of his businesses are scams that rob innocent struggling consumers.

Greg Spinder and Lance Denha are 2 of America's most wanted criminals.  If you are doing business with any of these companies do some research into them to get yourself out of the scam as soon as possible.  These murderers ruined my life but they don't have to ruin yours.

i went with them and they have scamed me for the last year of 7740.00 dollars  my home is being  auctioned off in three weeks. they told me i was good for a loan modification and i am not they never turned my paper work into the bank and told me up front it could get a loan reconstruction they sent me a link to there page and a link to a bar association page that is fake i am from va and my layer now looked them up and they are not licensed in va so please dont be scamed by them

funny that when they call it shows up as a Florida number but the number they tell you to call back is a number in another state.  I don't own a home and i'm not answering their stupid robot calls.  I haven't had or defaulted on a credit card in over 4 years which is the SOL in my state so if they are trying to collect on something they are barking up the wrong tree.  they can threaten all they want - I know my rights as far as debt collections goes and I will work with people who are friendly & actually have a person call me, not some stupid machine.

I am saw these comments and was still talked into using their service by a confident sales shark who promised me that Lance Denha has never lost a home in their history.

Well, after paying Lance for 13 months I began the process of a trial modification.  Keep in mind that the trial modification had terms that were awful and were nowhere near what I was promised on day 1 (which was a mortgage reduction through a law suit, a balance reduction that would give me instant equity, a payment between 40-80% cheaper thank what I was paying, and no risk of losing my home.) I have it all written down.  

Denha told me that I should make the trial payments in Good faith and that I would definitely get a cheaper permanent payment.

Then, a few days after accepting the trial payment I received a letter stating that Lance Denha was no longer my representation.  I called and I was told that the job was done.  I explained that this didn't make sense since it was a trial payment.  They claimed that as long as I paid it for 3 months I was guaranteed to get a permanent modification.

Guess what happened next?  After paying my temp payment 3 weeks early for 3 months I called to find out where my permanent modification was and the people at the bank acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.  I pushed the issue until I got someone who finally explained that they would now start reviewing me for a modification.  Then, weeks later I received a document stating that the bank would not be able to modify me because I did not meet their criteria.  In arguing about the work my attorney did I was informed by the bank that no legal action had been taken on my behalf and everything that was done by Lance Denha could have been done by myself with the exact same results.  They were clear that anyone that takes money for modification was breaking the law.

Lance Denha told me that I didn't qualify and that they didn't represent me and would not represent me.  After taking over $11,000 of my money they basically flipped me the bird as I was losing my house.  

I've tried and tried to pester them into helping me and just recently I spoke to someone there that said they were now a student loan debt reduction company.  WHat?  Yes, they no longer did mortgages and switched there business to student loans.  After getting transferred a couple times someone else got on the phone and said that this wasn't true that they still did mortgages but that I was no longer represented by them.  So, I have continued to call and it is true, suddenly they are doing student loans debt reductions?????  Basically the mortgage scam is up and they moved on to greener scams!!!!

Today, I received a letter stating that my family and I must be out of our house by October 8, 2013.  

I want Lance Denha, Bryan Hutchinson, and Charles Jones (if those are their real names) all to know that my wife and 3 kids will no longer have a home because of their lies.  You people robbed me while I was drowning.  Instead on performing CPR you people let me choke and took my wallet!  You will all rot in hell!  I plan on making a trip to their office at 1401 North University Drive 2nd Floor Coral Springs, Florida 33071 soon to see if any of these characters are real or if its imaginery.

SO GLAD I CHECKED ON HERE BECAUSE I WAS ABOUT TO SEND LANCE DENHA'S OFFICE $995 TO START AND ANOTHER $595 EACH MONTH UNTIL RESOLVED. LOOKS LIKE I WILL JUST FIGURE OUT A WAY TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS ON MY HOME. WHY IS IT THAT THE CONSUMER ASSISTANCE PROJECT GIVES THIS ATTORNEY SUCH HIGH REMARKS IF HE IS A SCAM ARTIST? THE CAP REPRESENTATIVE SPOKE SO HIGHLY OF LANCE AND STEVEN MEYERS THE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE THAT IS HELPING ME. I NEED SOME REAL HELP IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP? Hello, This is Kathy Brown and I'm trying to reach.....

Supposedly sent out a 10 day notice. This does not sound real, I never received a notice, & never said from what company and WHY they were calling besides its a formal complaint. You could hear other callers in the background trying to contact people.

Said they could prevent a foreclosure sale without having to file bankruptcy......

......wrong!   Had to file chapter 13.

Said they could use the RESPA letter to leverage the banks into negotiating loan......

.......wrong!   Lender did not respond to "2" RESPA letters........

Sent a demand letter, DEMANDING the immediate stop to the sheriff sale!

Said that the methods they use apply to all lenders in the US....

.......wrong!     My lender, Standard Mortgage told me that unless they (Denha)  were authorized by HUD, they wouldn't speak with them


As of right now, Im being told after 2700, that and I quote, "They (the lender) won't respond to our attempts to contact them"......and also, (my favorite), is that,...."we can't exactly speak with them if they don't return our calls"......

wow!   The voice in my head that won't go away is the "salesman" at the beginning of this merry-go-round, that told me that 99% of their clients get a 40-60 % reduction of their mortgages......
.....and reassurance by his "manager" that loans made after 2003 are almost all in violation of some fair lending practices........ well, I guess the "key" missing ingredient, the one thing I , (a.k.a.,stupid)forgot to ask, was....."What happens if they (the lender) doesn't answer the phone when you (lance danha) call?"..........

Situation right now,   My notes on home were 1667. a month.....
well, now with chapter 13, they are 2300. a month

As you read above, this call is a scam. Be careful. Not thinking (because it wasn't an 800 number) I picked up the phone when it rang. It was someone offering to catch me up on my mortgage. Thing is, though, I'm not behind. In fact, my husband and I recently refinanced and are a payment ahead. They tried to say my mortgage company was reporting us as delinquent, which is an untruth at best (or a flat-out lie, if you want to call a spade a spade). I verified they were calling for us, and they were. I'm not sure where they get their info ... but beware, beware, beware. Their hard-sell tactics made me doubt myself for a moment.

olks, many posters on this thread report that they were called by the Denha Law Firm (DLF) and offered mortgage relief services, e.g., modification to a lower $payment. There are also many shill posts on this thread, many of them on the earlier pages that push complaint posts to the latter pages so consider reading this thread starting from the last page and working backwards. Posts by "Sucker" on 23 Dec 2011 and "BE CAREFUL!" on 30 Mar 2012 are especially illuminating.

The FTC's MARS rule bans companies from charging up front for mortgage relief services http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2011/02/mars.shtm  However there is an attorney exemption to this rule if the attorney meets certain criteria described in more detail on page 3 of this FTC publication http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2011/02/pdf/110210mars_homeowners.pdf that states "lawyers can require you to pay an upfront fee, but only if: ... They?re licensed to practice law in the state where you live or your house is located" so if you or your house is NOT in Florida, then the DLF may have broken the MARS exemption if it demanded and received an upfront fee from you. The MARS rule is Federal law so I think you report it to the FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

Florida Bar (FB) ethics require its members to follow special ethical rules when engaging in mortgage relief services described in great detail here http://www.floridabar.org/TFB/TFBResources.ns ... pdf?OpenElement  In particular, bullet #5 on page 1 states "Florida Bar members: ...  Cannot directly contact distressed homeowners to offer representation (including by telephone or facsimile) and cannot allow someone else to directly contact distressed homeowners on the lawyer?s behalf. [Rules 4-7.4(a) and 4-8.4(a)]"

IMHO the DLF appears to have broken a FB ethics rule and should be reported to the FB by following the instructions on this page http://www.floridabar.org/TFB/TFBConsum.nsf/4 ... 86?OpenDocument  The complaint form is on a link buried in the paragraph "WHAT IF I DECIDE TO MAKE AN INQUIRY ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF A LAWYER?" in the middle of that page.

Also consider filing complaints with your state and the FL State AG's Office here http://www.nobc.org/Bar_Associations_and_Disciplinary_Authorities.aspx since this does not appear to be an isolated case of misconduct but a concerted telemarketing assault on homeowners.

Of course, this 800notes webpage should be included as part of your submissions to the above parties.

Be aware that to recover money, you may have to file a separate civil lawsuit against the DLF. However, there is an interesting sentence on the FB consumer complaint page in the paragraph "Fee Disputes: ... The Florida Bar may only consider a fee-related inquiry as a disciplinary matter when the fees are clearly excessive, prohibited by ethical rules, or illegal." If Denha broke ethical rules in demanding up front fees for a barred activity, can your fees (perhaps less charges for actual legal services rendered) be recovered as part of FB disciplinary action against Denha? IMHO it's certainly worth a try and suggest you demand restitution in full as part of your complaint to the FB.

Hi, my name is Julie Greene, Lance Denha's office contacted me and told me that they got my name from Experion, a credit bureau that they claimed was owned by the attorney generals office. Denha told me that they could help me keep my home and lower my payments by 40%, BUT i had to send 895.00 dollars for the first month, and 595.00 for the remaining 3 months.They also claimed that they would be taking care of my mortgage company and all of the dealings, when i am just about to be forclosed upon. Said that they were working under the OBAMA mortgage relief plan. HELP IS IT REALLY A SCAM, I HAVEN'T PAID ANYTHING YET.

These people have just started calling us about helping us. I am always skeptical ever since we got ripped off 2 years ago by the law offices of Roni Deutche and lost thousands. I came right to the computer and found all of these complaints against Denha. I feel like if it seems to good to be true it usually is. They have called us almost every day now for weeks and we are sick of it. Thanks everyone for sharing this information with us all.
