Omg! I also received a call from them stating that I would be arrested if I didn't pay money a loan that was supposed to be $1000! I almost actually paid them money. I was afraid that there was a serious warrant out for my arrest! Glad I came across this site!

I love when these people call. They are very trained. They use google. Can get all your info, or at least enough to sound legit. They attempt to scare people into giving them money. Some facts:
Put them on call reject
The DA, at least in my state, does not put out warrants for debt.
A collector cannot use threats of arrest to collect, the minute they do they are actually in jeopardy of being arrested and sued. many attorneys now are going after these loosers.
Do not send them money.
Any collecter must legally provide you written proof of debt within 30 days. Even then, they cannot arrest you.
Anyone on these pages claiming they have been served by these buffoons is one of the collectors.
These are idiots, not intellegent enough to get a real job, so they prey on folks.
Don't give them the time of day.
Just tell them okay, arrest me. Then hang up.

Received a call from this number at my parents, asked why they were calling my parents number,they said I used them as a reference for a payday loan back in 2010. They had all my information, when I asked for documentation they said it was turned over as state evidence and was sealed and could not be open.  They said I owed 1,000 dollars that it had to be paid, I told them I didn't have the money and they said I had 40 minutes to make calls to get the money or face an indictment for fraud and that I would be arrested. I told him that doesn't make since if I go to jail you won't get your money then he replied yes we will the state of Texas will pay it after your arrested and you could get 1 to 5 years.  I replied why would the state pay you then turn around and put me in jail costing the state more money to support me...He got mad started yelling and hung up the phone.

No debt collector can threaten arrest. It is illegal and you have a right to sue them. I haven't answered this number and won't. As soon as they leave a message I will turn it over to an Atty who will prosecute them. Debt is not a criminal but cival matter. They prey on those who will pay to not go to jail. Low life bottom feeders. Don't answer and give them no money. No one will arrest you.

Called me over 4 times in 5 minutes.  Yelled that he could hear me breathing and that I was going to be arrested. I called my state's AG office.....he assured me that what this caller did was against the law and NOBODY is arrested for a debt.  He gave me his number and extension and to give it to them the next time they call.  I called this bunch of lawbreakers and told him the number and extension.  

If anyone gets a harrasing call from these scum bags, please take the time to report them to the FTC.  

This Florida number called my cell several times in just a few minutes.  I don't have any debts or warrants for my arrest so I will not be answering it.  Normally, I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number.

I have received a threatening call more than once. they have  called me at work and home. the caller said that their was an warrant to be issued for my arrest if I did not send money.
I called the police in my area--both state & city--their is no such warrant. the police said it is probably a scam. I should ignore it.

we got the same call--including the arrest arrant. called the police in our area. hey said not to worry...it was more than likely a scam. they searched their records and their was no arrest warrant here.

They are blowing my phone up along with everyone of my friends, and familys phone looking for me n that they are warrents out for my arrest because i have unpaid debt n that there will be a cop on its way to arrest me. is very mean, n rude will not give me any information except that hes in florida working with a law firm n sherrif office in florida
