this number called me asking me if i was thinking of studying with them but i never called them and i never heard of that college

The same college story with me, I told them I never requested the information and to take my name off their list, then they call again in a few weeks with the same story.

They are a college. If you call them and tell them to put you on the DO NOT CALL LIST, they will do so.

Same college story for me too. But still, if it's a college and I google the number how come it doesn't show up the college info?

They called me 3 times today, the first was silent, the second I let go to voicemail and they did not leave a message.  The third time, I waited and finally a woman asked for some other person - I said you have the wrong number, stop calling me, I'm on the do not call list.  The woman said shut up girl!  Can you believe that??  I just submitted a complaint on the Do Not Call website because my number is registered.

Calls and never leaces a message.  Usually calls early in the morning waking me up.

I have been getting phone calls from this number 954-874-6172 for the past 2 weeks.  I know it is a scam after reading all these complaints about it.  I am afraid to answer the phone, because I think there will be a charge by my phone company for some outrage fee, because of these people.  I am more than annoyed.  it is almost like they want us to get mad at them.  THis is enjoyment to them.

I get called about twice everyday. I finally answered today and they knew my name. I hung up. lol

They call me and I don't pick up the phone. I am getting mad at whoever it is.

Whoever this person calling my home has repeatly been annoying to the point I had call tracing put on because they had the nerve to call often and like others say nothing or ask for my husband knowing he's at work; I believe whomever needs to find a job and stop agitating others this is phone haressment; I'm on the Don't Call List; this # has repeatedly shown up and no need for them to be calling my home; if I (we) wanted service we'd not be on the Don't call list! They try to block who they are; but can't get through my phone line without showing their telephone number; if this continues; I'll turn the phone off; these calls are traced back to where you're calling from my phone company will contact you for haressment! Leave me alone!

Omg this number has called me once every two days. I answered for the first time today and there was a pause and some lady asked for my brother. Neither of us know how they got my number but it's very frustrating.

Most phone services have a selective call block function. Try *60 and follow the instructions.

Make them stop!!  These calls are very annoying.  We are on a NO CALL list but they call anyway.  The # is 954-874-6172.

I just got a call on my cell phone from the same number 954-874-6172 I didnt know who it was and I dont ans numbers i dont know, this is the first time they have called me. Ill just block them so if they call again they will go right to my voice mail..

The same number called me two times today. They have called several times before, but left no messages. When I answer to their call, they don't say anything, just wait on the other line and then they hang up. Just a few minutes ago I answered saying, "What do you want?" but still received no answer. I don't know anyone from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and am concerned how they got my number and why they have been calling me.

Its a crapy online college.  Unaccredited.

They've called me the past few days. If you fill out any type of application online they will receive your information and call you about college information and get you to speak with an advisor for online classes.

Personally it's bothersome, so next they call I will tell them to take me off their list as i'm not interested.

the phone rings. once I said hello.  no one there.

from that point on, when I see it's that phone number, I don't even let them leave a message, I click the phone on and then immediatley off.

I first got a call from some chick from this number and she asked for Lewis, Now I just got my phone the day she called that was 2 weeks ago. Now I got a call at 7:06pm Alaska time and they left a weird voice mail, I googled the number to find the area code and I found this blog about it.

they have given me several calls and i let it go to voicemail and they dont leave a message.....so its definitely spam related.

is there anyway to block their number??
