Arriva is one of the 21-22 Medicare approved suppliers for diabetes testing supplies. Your old supplier may have given your name to them OR you may have complete an on-line contact form. However, apparently their staff doesn't know how to operate the equipment to do call backs....Three rings and they hang up just when some of their potential clients are getting to the phone. Hope they read all these comments, otherwise looks like one of the other 20 or so "approved" suppliers will be getting my business. PS. Hope CMMS/Medicare reads them too, having only 21 suppliers nationwide is pretty damned dumb.

If you inquired online instead of calling to Arriva which is a talking tester for blood sugar to get your free one. They will call for your Medicare number to charge Medicare instead of you. That's what happens to me. All was good. The company is Medical Arrival San Gabriel Florida

got a call from this number. I returned the call asked for my medicare number and then denied a meter. I believe this is a scam.
