This is one of those times you would wish the government would crack down. With all the technology out there this is still happening.  These people who do this deserve to be crucified to the fullest extent of the law with no parole. This is just one of the reason why this country is so screwed up.

They did not leave a message on answering machine.

This number calls repeatedly and disrupts my business.  I have tried using their automated system for number removal but I still receive calls.  I instead this time connected to an operator and asked the name of the company which was National Warranty Service Center.  I asked to speak to a manager.  After being on hold for a few moments, the same man came on the line and told me I must give him my credit card number to be removed from their list.  I told him absolutely not and I filed a complaint with the FCC.  If you receive calls like this, please fill out a complaint at www.fcc.gov.
