This is a way to "get around" the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and to get around some of the "privacy laws": all of our current "legitimate"  businesses that we have in our lives such as our mortgage holder, our bank accounts, our credit card accounts, our auto insurance accounts, our life insurance accounts, our medical insurance accounts, etc.- they take all of our "personal information" and sell it to all of these different marketing companies such as pay a fee to get unlisted phone numbers/cell numbers, pay a fee back-ground check companies AND, of course, plain old telemarketers as well as many many many others. Every year the "legitimate businesses" in our lives send us all those stupid privacy disclosure papers and if we don't fill those out then they sell all of our information (they probably do it either way no matter what you do, seriously). Anyway, this allows big business to get around laws that are suppose to protect the average citizen and make more money.

I am on the DO NOT CALL list, and still get 3-5 calls from this company daily!!!  Stop it!!

Literally every single day for the past 7 days, they have called me. I have never answered, but they don't give up or leave a message.

This is also the number for Encore Dental one of their subsidiaries.  I forgot they were calling and had called last week as I am a 1099 employer and have to cover my own medical myself.  I called for a quote. Hope that helps someone.

Stonebridge has been bothering me too. I put in my number twice for the opt out but still receive calls 3 times a day from these creeps.

constant calls from 954-926-5242, all hours, last time i answered it they said it was STONEBRIDGR INSURANCE. How do you stop this constant calling.

Caller ID reads :: STONEBRIDGE :: It's a rogue insurance company that outsources its services to smaller rogue agencies. Never buy a policy from this fraud oufit!

We continue to get several calls a day every day for about two weeks now and we are on the DNC registry.  This is really frustrating.  What does it take to make them stop??!!??

Third day in a row that I have received a call from this number, always in the afternoon, never leaving a message.

I called back today and there was an option to add your number to their do not call list...hopefully that will work.

I called the number back, got a recording that gave me the option to get on the "Do Not Call List".

Called, we were not home, they left no message. ID shows Stoneridge Lif..........
Would presume it is telemarketer, especially seeing what others said.

actually i found out that my bank of america card gave out my info to this stonebridge ins company.  i called stonebridge in texas and they gave me that info.  it also happens if you have  JC pennys credit card. there were more companys that practice this but i forgot the other names.   its under your privacy info.  once a year they send out the privacy info  " aka junk mail "  which no-one reads and it states that if you DO NOT want bank of america to give out info you must contact them or go online and notify them.

I called back and got an automated message for Stone Bridge Life Insurance that gives you the option to sign up for their own Do Not Call List. Follow the prompts and it asks you to punch in your phone number and get a message you've been added to the list.

They called every morning. Just  ask my husband name.
They don't tell me anything.

This number has been calling my home every week for about six months now. There is never anyone on the other end who answers or responds when the line is picked up, which is indicative of an autodialer. Very strange. I did receive a recent telephone bill that included a 10-10 or 20-20 number requesting payment for a fictitious connection that never transpired. Maybe the two are connected somehow. Maybe the calls are just a means of collecting a database of legitimate telephone numbers for future malicious use somehow.

Have called several times, I don't answer and they never leave a message.  A legitimate business would leave a message wouldn't they?  Who is this, a scam of some sort?

They were looking for wrong person.  Never know what it was.  Probably telemarketer. It was from Florida.  I don't even live near Florida. I'm from Maryland.

seems to be a life insurance company. Call everyday and it's been a week. never left a message.
