Apparently it is the Richard Petty Racing Vacation sales department.  If you have ever enter a drawing at a NASCAR event that is how they got your information.

Got the call for the first time today.  if they call back, they won't like what they hear....they must of gotten my number from an NHRA event.

I have been getting mutlitple calls on my direct work line. I have never had anything to do with Nascar nor entered anything. I find it very annoying because they do not leave messages but yet continue to call.

I entered a stupid contest and must have stupidly left my real phone number.  DUH!  Anyone know if there is a way to stop the calls or do I need to change my phone number?

i keep getting calls from this number but no one leaves a message.  If it doesn't stop I will report it.  I'm on the do not call list and don't appreciate calls to my cell which uses up my minutes.

I get these calls also. I was at the Bank of America 500 in Charlotte NC on October 11th and I think they got my number from all the things I filled out for free stuff. I think people fill these things out without thinking. All the excitement at the track, all the people, all the drinking and partying.  As with all of you who get these calls, I get them all the time. Early in the morning. Late at night. Weekends. It don't matter. I just wish they would leave a message. It's very frustrating. I guess it's a price to pay for going to NASCAR events.

Constant annoying phone calls from this number.  They never leave messages.  I didn't bother calling them back I checked the internet first and saw these remarks so now I know I wont call them back.  They are calling the telephone number I have assigned to my yahoo messenger account now how did they get that number, go figure..lol

I found the company responsible for this and was able to contact them directly and get them to remove my number from their list.  They say to just talk to the people who call, but after reading through various comments left about this number, it's probably better just to go this route.

PS  I think they purposely put you on hold and hope that you'll give up...stay strong and patient!  I may have to report them to the government agencies responsible for protecting our rights here...

Oh and the guy I spoke too said that my request was his first time ever filling out a "Do Not Call" Form.  lol, good luck to you people out there getting harrassed like I was!

They called and hung up several times.  I called them back and got a pitch for 2 adults and up to 2 kids at a "deep discount" Richard Petty driving experience.

Who the %$#$%$ are these people?  They call 2-3 times a day - on my cell phone - which rings AT work - it rings three times only ALL the time, no message and I'm sure not callng them back .... any way to block these idiots???

We were in there for the Big 50th running of the Daytona 500.
And some how these jerks got our number and the endless calls and rudeness makes you wonder why our Government and our Phone Companies do nothing to stop these people, all these telemarketers can make a person kinda mad.
