Too many people gave a date they were coming to Vegas and never showed up so there goes a room wasted when maybe could have had someone else coming. He(Steve) is a complete thief. Even if you are on the "do not call" list doesnt mean telemarketers cant call you. When you signed up for the car givaway at the Luxor or Excalibur you "opted in" is what its called. Its a loophole and unfortunately you need to talk to each marketers managers(get names) to have them remove your #. Even though we turn in your #s Steve would rarely take your # out of the system. So have times we called,even after your request to be removed, on paper, ask for their fax # and show them you have proof and will call the state on them. He changes #s and locations so state cant catch up to him..

Just got a call this morning about the Luxor Grand View resorts, corvette give-away that I apparently entered last year. They claimed I entered that I lived in NY, but I haven't lived there in over 4 years so I could hardly have been in Vegas last year with a New York address! Also I now live in Vegas so when I told the guy that I wasn't interested in the flight to Vegas or the rooms it's like he didn't hear me, he asked which type of credit card I would like to use and I said well I'm not interested in giving you money and he said "Why? Do you not have any?" I actually laughed because I didn't expect that question. He then offered me that same free vacation in Orlando but I politely declined and CLICK he hung up. SO RUDE! Anyway I have received these calls before and they are usually a bunch of crap.

First off, I understand their desire to get people to tour their supposed resort.
However, When dude told me all he needed was a $124 fee to bill my CC securing the room...I called BULL!
I told him being that all they needed was a 14 day advanced notice with no black out date...I said I would give the CC when I was ready to book (I go to Vegas a couple times a year for business)
Dude practically hung up on me!!!!
Do the math...first off...if you actually receive a certificate or something from them 70% of you would loose it or forget about it.
29% of you would probably not get around not even use it...

Their telemarketing office (you can hear it in the background) probably hits 1,000 suckers a month for the $124....thats $124,000 folks!   we are paying for this supposed resort with ignorance or just lining some !@#$%'s pockets.

been getting calls from the pomapano numbers with the hang ups and even spoke with a guy when i answered who was rude and hung up on me after i explained i wasnt interested and asked them to stop calling.    after lots of sifting thru the internet i found this number to call and did- (1 800 316 471)- pressed 1 to speak to assistance and got Shannon who was extra polite and very easy to talk to. She asked for number after I explained what was going on and that i wasnt interested anymore. she was able to pull up the nam e to go with my number and put in the request to have it stop. thank you shannon for your help and kudos for excellent customer service.

So the deal is, if you signed up to win a car at the Luxor, apparently these people now have your phone number and will contact you about free giveaways (like the 3 night/4 day stay at the Luxor or Excalibur) if you are willing to listen to a "2 hour" sales pitch at the Grandview Las Vegas resort. They claim it's not a timeshare, but I assure you, it is in fact a timeshare. I researched it a little on the Internet. IF you are unfortunate enough to go listen to the salespitch, they will apparently keep you there for a lot longer than 2 hours and try every tactic they can to get you to buy an overpriced timeshare. I kept getting calls from various 954 numbers. Now that I've actually spoken to one of these "marketing" guys, hopefully the calls will stop. The guy I talked to was "Ricky Hidalgo" and I do not recommend anyone accept his or his partner's offers.

I just got a call form them as well and told them my husband has my credit card, they told me they could process it throug my statement. i asked them if i could call them back to aks my husband, they said no it was a one time deal and its not like i am buying a purse i am saving money on a vacaton. so i told them i would decline!!
