If a company is told to add another company to it's internal do not call list, they must do so.  Else they are liable for the same fines as the other telemarketing scofflaws!

Maybe try hiring someone to answer the phones for you?

They call up to 7 times a day and i;v called back to them they say that they will take me off their list but they don't

I run a business as well.
Nothing is more annoying than being interrupted while soldering a mainboard back together, or on a tech support call with a paying customer.

Maybe if you started getting 5 or 6 of these calls a day and affecting your productivity you would feel differently.

Ya'll are retarded. I own 3 busiensses and the only numbers they have ever called are my business lines and there is no national do not call list for business lines. The phone is how tons of companies perform their business. One of my businesses does not use the products they make (they are actually 1 of 4 manufactueres of most of their types of products i found from research) and they stopped calling that number when i asked. Their products are in retail stores across the USA and some places outide the USA, just google it. I just googled the phone number for s&g and found all this and i cant help but laugh at all you grumpy old people. That is all

Wow! You searched online for the phone number of this company to give them a good review? That is fantastical! There is no way you are shilling for them! They must be the greatest company ever in the history of great companies! All these ungrateful people complaining about the greatest company ever ignoring the National Do Not Call list, don't they know that the GREATEST companies are exempt from these puny lists? Yay for you not being a shill for the company! Everyone gets online and searches for numbers they were telemarketed from just so they can post positive reviews!

Because everyone buys cans of air from telemarketers. You can always tell the greatest companies by what they choose to sell. Selling cans of compressed air by cold calling everyone with a phone is the mark of the greatest company ever. No one who is not a shill for them would hesitate for a moment to proclaim what a great company they are, even though no one has ever heard of them and the only way to 'discover' them is to be telemarketed. I don't know why anyone is complaining, it is most enjoyable for people to call me and waste my time selling me tiny cans of air when I can buy larger cans much cheaper locally.

A "good" company does not use unsolicited telemarketing...despite their products

I worked for this company for a short period of time. One of those survival jobs just to get by. It's awful. They are the cheapest company...if the company and their products were that good they wouldn't have to desperately call the same people 100000 times a month begging for sales. As far as do not call lists they don't care. As a rep I made notes many times that customers wanted to be taken off the list and they would be back on my list to call days later and when I would bring it to their attention they would tell me that it was my job to call and to get over it. Thankfully I no longer work there. This company is a joke. Sorry to any one that I bothered while I worked there. I completely undestand your aggravation.

Order  a spelling dictionary. Did you have to fail a literacy test before your scammer overlords would let you shill for them on 800 notes?

Don't like any solisitations.  They have a huge product line.  We use a few of there products for our Business.  We re-order often.

told me they were selling fire protection items for cars and boats. told him we were not interested, he said "i have not even told you about the product yet" me "thats ok. thank you" LOL

ps the do not call list is for RESIDENTIAL numbers only.

I don' know who these people are. I just want them to stop calling me!  I am on the National Do Not Call list...I guess they don't respect it.

Everyone reading this - if this number is calling your Google Voice number: don't just block the number, please flag it as SPAM in addition to blocking the number. If anyone is using Call Control, please flag it as telemarketer SPAM.  That way everyone else who uses Call Control and/or Google Voice will not receive calls from these child molesters.

I blocked their number, they can't believe it and keep calling. I pay for my phone line to run my business not for them to tie up and keep customers from getting thru. I never buy from anyone who calls. No rewards for companies who cheaply promote themselves for using my phone line.

It's not a waste of money.  They are a good company that sells useful products.  I DON'T like the telemarketing, however.
