they've called me about 20 times and i have no idea who they are. but they are pissing me off

This company keeps calling my fax machine.  They have called like 10 times already today.  Can't they hear the fax tone?

This company was calling me to day and i dont answer phone numbers i dont know but they keep calling me.

might be neat to do the same to them, put them on speed dial and hang up everytime they answer

Just got an incoming call from this number on my private, unlisted office line. Silence on the other end when I picked up the call.

They are a scam organization... they are harrassing us too..

I have received many calls from this company. I do answer my phone, however not with so much hate. I received a call on June 18th, 2008. When I answered the caller on the other end said Shut Up you rude B. I have never spoken to any affiliate with this company before now. Shut up EM UP!!!!!

I just recieved a call from this number,they did not speak at first,I told them I could hear them breathing,and then a male voice said that they knew who I was and were coming to get me,this was not a company or telemarketer,they threatened me,,,It sounds like this freak is getting more brave after reading these other reports,,,how long before that pysco starts showing up at doors instead of calling....Thursday may 8, 2008,,call came in around 8:30 pm..

I have a prepaid cell phone.  I have been receiving numerous calls from 954-978-3027, which seems to be a South Central Bell number based out of Pompano Beach, FL.  I live on the West Coast of Florida.

I called the number,and it is "Contour, The Adjustable Bed Company", who produce Craftmatic Adjustable Beds, etc.  I told the rep that my number was on the "Do Not Call List" and the next time they called, I would report them to the proper authorities.  The more I think about it, I may not wait for the next call.

Called me on SAturday before 9 AM. Didn't leave a message.

I've gotten called twice daily for the past few days and all before 10am.

April 7th, they have been calling our fax line all day.  If I pick it up first, no one answers.

Now I'm getting these calls and they're getting more and more frequent every day.  It started about a week ago, once, then twice a day, now it's every two hours!  The caller ID says "Contour Adjusta" (I'm sure the rest was cut off...) and it's the same number as all of you report (954-978-3027)... and they hang up as soon as I answer.  I called the Adjustable Bed company it's listed at in Pompano Beach, but they tell me they're just a sales office and can't connect me to anyone who can help me - how ludicrous is that!  They told me to go to the website, which I did - and you can't contact anyone from there, either, except to order their pamphlets!  The number is always busy when I call it back, too!  Has anyone found a way to stop them without making an appointment and then calling back to cancel it?

I had a call from this number and my caller ID said "Contour Adjustable" and I was told I had won a bed and they were going to send a rep out to see me to show me a model to choose from.  The guy stayed for 3 hours showing us video of the beds, trying to get us to buy one.  This is one time a low credit score was on my side!  Be careful, they are a division of Craftmatic or one in the same and they've already been sued for taking advantage of the eldery here in Florida.

I get called by these people a lot every day.When I answer no one speaks and then immediately hang up. I've tried to call them back and 2 things have happened, 1. I get a machine saying they are currently with someone else and will be with me shortly but that never happens, and 2. all I get is a busy signal.If someone knows how to stop this please post it.

I registered my phone number under the "do not call registry" and they still keep calling. They stopped for about 2 weeks and then started again. I am getting sick of it. Can't law enforcment stop these phone calls or something? This is rediculous!

the number 954-978-3027 is the Craftmatic Beds salesmen line.  They are out of Pompano Beach. I have talked to someone there & is on my caller ID.

I have been having the same issue which started last month. It is very annoying and I have a newborn and the calls keep waking her up. It is very aggrivating! I am thinking about changing my phone number!

This number keeps calling and wont leave a message. I have answered once and there is no one there. I want them to stop calling, have gone as far as trying to block the number

This number belongs to Craftmatic Adjustable Beds.  They have been calling my cell phone forever - and my # is registered on the National Do Not Call List (1-888-382-1222) Several months ago, I found out who they were and advised them to stop calling.  They claimed I had entered a "contest," which is not true.  A month ago, they started calling me again, and I reported them to the FTC (which you can do at the 888# above, if your number is registered with them).  Again they claim I entered a contest and I told them, "you have already been advised that I never entered any contest, and you have already been advised to cease and desist ALL phone calls to this number."  Some garbly-sounding woman (?) told me "We'll take you off the list, God Bless."  2 hours later, I received ANOTHER call from these people.  I reported them to the FTC again.  Perhaps if enough people get p'd off enough, and they're reported enough, they may just reconsider their marketing techniques.  One can hope.

I get multiple calls a day.  I remember doing an online survey recently where you click on things you might be interested in learning more about ... in the attempts to "win" a gift card.  I never got through to the part about winning a gift card, but apparently am receiving these calls to give more info on the dumb beds!!

How do I make it STOP?!

I also have been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone.  Is there not a federal regulation that prohibits telemarketing to cell numbers?  We really should start a class action lawsuit.  The number is constantly busy when I call back.  They never leave a message.

I got a post card that stated "I have been trying to contact you, but have been unable to do so, Please call me collect at 954-978-3027 Thank you, Mrs. Clay" I was a little scared at first because I didn't know anyone with the last name "Clay" and I also didn't recognize the number.  Then I decided to google it and found this site, what a relief.  Whoever these people are, they're not gonna stop their approach until they end up with a lawsuit - Unfortunately.

After tons of calls from the same number, I found this thread...It is the Craftmatic Bed company trying to sell a craftmatic bed...I've never answered it but I figured it out through this thread...A very long time ago I remember  filling out a form with my addy and phone # and there was an ad for craftmatic that came up after I submitted it...Pretty scandalous marketing techniques...

they call several times a day beginning before 9am never anyone on the other end of the line.  I ignored orginally but now try to answer to get them to put me on a no call list.

I also got a postcard signed Mrs Clay...decided to google the number rather than call and delighted that I did...but if they don't answer or say anything what is it all about?  They may be collecting numbers for other callers and scams.

I am not going to call and if the phone rings and no ones there...I hang up.

This number keeps calling me up to 8 times a day when I answer the phone no one says anything On my caller Id its says Craftmatic organization when I call the number back its sounds busy who are these people calling they will call at 830 in the morning sometimes its 10 a night and they are calling this has to be some kind of scam and someone needs to do something.
