All I can do is sympathize with so many other people, and provide yet one more (negative) account in the hopes that it scares other people away from using this company. I don't want this to be too long, so here are just the facts:

1)  I got a call from these folks, and a travel package was described to me that sounded good, so I bought it.

2)  When the package came in the mail, it did not have all the destinations included which I'd been promised (and none of the ones I was actually interested in). I called them up, got instructions, and returned the package.

3)  I never received a (requested) confirmation that they'd received the package, but when I called them back weeks later to ask what was up with it, they said it can take up to 30 days for the money to be refunded.

4)  Waiting that long (funny though that they only take one minute to BANK your money!), I called them back again to ask why nothing had been returned yet. They didn't know, but would call "accounting" and have the money sent. I would see it in a few days, they said.

5)  Surprise, the money did not arrive. Repeat step 4.

6)  Surprise, the money did not arrive. Repeat step 5.

As of this writing, I have not received a refund. And, since it has been so long, it is unlikely that VISA will honor such a dispute (which is maybe why they delay so long... so that you don't have any choice).

TAKEAWAY:  Do not do any business with these people. They are not honorable, are not always even reachable (and the "manager" never is). The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating. Just save yourself the annoyance and money.

P.S.--- I do not work for some competing travel firm, and am not writing this out of any personal motivation other than pure pissed-off-edness, the simple desire to warn people off of them, and for a little more justice in the world.

they call me once or twice a day and when I do pickup there is nobody there and when I let it go to voice mail there is never a message.

For the last 2wks these jerks have been calling at least twice a day, not leaving messages. I try to call back and the calll won't go through says my number's been blocked, removed and something else. I'm sick of this, please stop calling-whatever they're selling I don't want it. This harassment has to stop or I'm getting the law involved.

I got a call from 954-283-6624 said i have a 500 credit, i told them to go away.

After digging somemore i found there they got the number from. I stupidity gave out my number when i got suckered in at las vegas to take a tour of grandview timeshare scam..
im guessing grandview part of http://www.dailymanagementresorts.com/ and sold my number to either of there other resorts and keep getting calls from 954-999-4487 & 954-283-6624.
i called grandview to try to get my name off there lists and i was given the runaround and talked to 6 or 7 people that kept transfering me. i left a VM on someones box hopefully they will return my call.

I finally googled this number and got this site. These people call my work number EVERY DAY, never leave a message, but I hear them breathing.

Call the number back. When the message starts, push the star button. It has to be a four digit pass code. As many people that post hear. Somebody is bound to get it right and the real number to special t travel is 407 896 8680. Call and press 2 for customer service. They will explain what is going on. It is a scam. I'm thinking out of las vegas, or maybe portland.

This is a florida vacation, you answer no one says anything

These losers have been calling me two to four times per day for weeks now. I am on the DNC list, not that it does any good since the FTC is lame and weak, but still, I am on the list. All I can do is file a new complaint every time these losers call.

Calls same time 9:40 AM everyday. No answer just disconnects

Hello from West Coast Canada!

I am not certain if there was someone trying to call me on the home number because I do not have Call Display on it. It could be a reminder for me to purchase RRSPs, but coincidentally, I have been getting a constant call every 10 minutes from this number to my mobile; starting today at 1535 and then at 1546. I answered but since it was quiet on the other end, I hung up. I was on the mobile with a friend, and this call was disturbing my conversation. By the time I answered, no one spoke.

Since I am using the computer, I decided to do a lookup, and this was the first thing that the Google Search Engine brought me to.

This number calls me atleast 4 times a day and does not leave a message.when I call back no one answers and I'm unable to leave a message

They just called again, and for the first time a person spoke and said "hi is this XXX?" (my husband's name).  I replied "Who's calling?" and they hung up.  So annoying!  I called the # back (first time doing so) and got a recording saying something to the effect of "thanks for calling reservations, please leave a message".  

It's a cell # they're calling, so I'm going to block them now.

Same thing has been happening to me.  I just called and they claimed that it's not them calling...they're aware of this problem (and he said they've read this message board) and are trying to figure out what is going on, but they aren't the ones doing this. Still, they were willing to take my number and name and put me on a do not call list that their reps get. I said they didn't need my name, but he insisted they did. So for their purposes, I am now Suzie Jones. If I start getting calls for Suzie Jones, I'll know they're liars.  So frustrating.

I called the number mentioned above: 800-393-3191 and selected customer service as the option.

I actually got a representative, told them I was getting called by their number 2 x a day, and they "say" I will be removed from the list.

Lets see if it actually happens!

This freaking number keeps calling me day and night.

Been getting the same calls.  Just called angie per the previous comment from "very angry consumer" and she immediately took my number and said she will put it on the do not call list.  I hope this works because it's been very annoying.
