called my cell phone and my spouse's no answer.

My friend got a call from several numbers, all with the area code (956).
These numbers call throughout the week, so a few of us called them back.
We only got random dialing, the occasional strange clicking noise, and we could occasionally hear our own voices echo.
Two of us called the numbers at once, and put the phones on speaker, holding them close together. They dialed in a pattern back and forth, as if communicating with one another. STRANGE!

I just got a call from the same number. I say Hello and the line gets cut off. I successfully called the number back only to have it ring numerous times. I hung up after a while. The second time I tried to call, it wouldn't go through.
