They keep calling to my cell phone asking for my address to see if it is the same one they have on file but
they wont tell me who they are or the reason for the call. They dont want to provide any information and keep

Yes, just received a call from them and the gentleman couldn't identify himself or what company he is representing.

It's a third party caller (local number). They ask you to hold and then transfer you to the recovery agency (United Recovery Service).

Called looking for a neighbor. These guys are debt collectors, so be careful of them. They won't identify themselves but say they are in the Houston, TX area. They don't listen when you ask them not to call back and they like to play dumb on the phone when you ask for a supervisor or call them out on the fact that you know they're a debt collection agency.
