I received a call from this number soon after my accident, at the same time my police report was ready, which is how I assume they got my information. I have a family member that is an attorney; upon telling them I didn't need any help, I was told they could get me a new attorney who would charge me 28%, which is less than the standard fees, that they could write the release letter for me and that they would have a check waiting for me at the chiros office.
I decided to fish for information and act interested; he went on to claim that what they do is legal; that they work out of a chiros office and it is not illegal for them to solicit from the police reports; he stated that I would not owe anything, but would get paid handsomely...They offered transportation and money.
Once I finally told him I wasn't interested, he said a few curse words, wished me the worst, and hung up. I guess they forgot to mark me off their list and called again over the next couple of days...
Ridiculous...
Chiros, Doctors, etc....Everyone should be under the same scrutiny and bylaws as attorneys are....And the prosecution of these individuals should be allowed, both civilly and criminally.

I didn't get a call, but they left me a calling card at home! So they don't know my number, but know where I live! What an invasion of privacy, I do wonder where they get our personal information from? I did pick up the police report from my accident the day before.

I got the unsolicited call from this number and the same company called Texas Accident Group.  The caller "Daniel Rodriguez" claims he works for a "medical group" that works against insurance companies. He was very pushy and tried to schedule a doctors appointment with a chiropractor.   I started questioning him and he became belligerent and called me stupid.  

I was able to get some additional information and provided to my local Insurance Agent.  Hopefully, they do something to arrest this guy.

These people and the ambulance chasers they work for are driving our insurance rates thru the roof.  They are sleezy criminals!!!

My home phone number was NEVER listed on the accident report.  How they got my personal information, I do not know.  But, I do find that an invasion of privacy.  So watch out for these sharks!!!!
