Thay are calling from delhi high court and 1 case us registered under me and my case no is 1344 and he advice me call a advocate and given his no also.9990697185 and said me to call back tht advocate urgently . Other wise arrest warrant will come to u. .

i also got call from 8459498927 8459498883 this two number saying they call from delhi police, "a case against me" and if i havent do anything they will issue a body warrent aganist me.

go to local.police station and dial 100 and tell them.what exactly has happened.and also.show them.this forum lilke how many people got calls like this and what is police doing???????

Got a call from lady. She was hardly able to speak hindi. that she is speaking from consumer court's information department. They had received a case against my name case number 104/13. I asked for the information but she could not give it saying the information is lying in the envelop and she cannot open it because it is sealed. Then she asked me to call some one named Mr Jaswant Rana, Advocate from Delhi High Court.
When I called the guy he informed me about my pending bill of MTS of Rs 1056 which was disconnected a year ago. He insisted me to pay the bill or face the consequences of visiting the court. I was amazed as I always pay my bills on time.

9616431249,  7834968572 call these girls they are funny and they will ask us to call to Advocate mishra to this number 8745007856 or any other and that person would be sitting beside them only and i caught them by calling to the lawyer immediately with other cell after they have given me the number to call and played with them and they got afraid when i started scolding them and just put the phone and they would just pretend as they are busy but they all would be sitting in one room and make callings for collections, so funny way of collection, don't be afraid of this, call again and play with them if possible scold them and i believe they got habituated of scoldings hahaha....calling to a hyderabadi like me would really a punishment for their life and i will just make them suffer till they change their numbers............

Dont respond to such calls i too got call from R.K.Sharma saying that he is lawyer but i played with him because my family also belongs to lawyers profession and he got afraid and put the phone, so dont worry for this fake calls.

I just got a call from a lady named Arushi Sharma calling from 8375993884, telling me to call one Jaswant Rana, a govt. lawyer from Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi. She said a consumer case has been filed against me. I need to call Jaswant Rana in his number 08459498883....i did not and consulted local police station and they told anything has to come will be coming through P.S.....and if the lady calls again we will file a harassment complain against the miscreants....this Arushi gave me her personal number as 07838984966

Hi .... Ask them Ur case details thru documented. then only u can approach to Ur nearest Police Station to file a case against them at CCS Police Station. Then Let us See ..... I've the same calls from them, but i give full dose .... Think ... the lady / gent who called us is assistant to that Lawyer ... they don't know even little bit english except vulgar hindi ... Don't take back step ... give full attack ... first start voice recording ... then listen their words ... and give attack ... finally you inform them .. i record your transaction ... i approach Police to file a case ...

Contact your phone company.  They might be able to block calls from this number.

I have been getting a call from 9582509437 and the man is talking all non sense and very rudely. Pl do something to restrict this number.

Hi, I too received a call from these numbers 9717937611 and 880 60814246 in the name of Dolly Sharma, Delhi Consumer Court, and 958 250 8798 from Vikas Tyagi. They are repeatedly calling an telling me that I should call some Advocate in Delhi Consumer Court, else there is a penalty.This seems to be a hoax caller.

got the same call from no..8860149804. i was asked to call some advocate to settle things. these are fraud people . have filed complaint on delhi police website.

Today at 10:29 am I received a call from +919212998327 (a Delhi mobile number) by Neha Sharma from Consumer Court, informing me that a complaint against my name has been registered in Delhi Consumer Court for a Reliance broadband bill amount Rs.1180/- and I am not repaying the same. The person said that two legal notices have been served to my residence address in Mumbai and arrest warrant has been issued. She also asked me to speak with some R.K. Gautam on cell no. 08447552315.

This was a fake call to intimidate people. I have found many similar complains against these people here on this site.

Same incident has just happened to me. I am from Gujarat & received a call from 8447549079, a person named R.C.Sharma telling me that Mr. Jaswant Rana is a lawyer, who has filed a case against you.

Basically, my job profile is a service in a local company & my job profile is not related to consumer court or consumer department. I never received a notice on my home address & there is no interrelation in between me & Delhi, as I am leaving in Gujarat.!!!!

I know that this is one type of scam (Like Special 26). A scared person will immediately call the lawyer for the resolution. I never called him back & replied that my uncle is an advocate & he is calling the lawyer.

Then after, I never received any call....!!!!

So, my advise is, just ignore such calls/incidents & tell them that I am going to police to file a case of against you.

I asked the address of Consumer Court to them & it is Delhi, Dwarka Sector II. I checked the website & found that it doesn't exists. :)

Really, I want to screw them if I receive a call again.

Dear All - this http://aacc.ind.in/ also seems to be a spam. Please notice they have a Eagle instead on the Lions on the Ggovt of India embelem. This has to be reported to the Cyber  Cell of the Police. I got a call from 7503526392 today and was asked to call RC Gowtham.

My name is Ram. Today  I received a call from a lady  from this number 8439499428 saying that she is calling from Delhi Court and a case is filed in my name .She also told me that I have to call a lawyer to know about case details. I knew that it is  fraud call and asked for the specific details and she hung up the call.
Next time I will record the call and kill these guys. Don't worry this is a new kind of scam fro getting money from the people who fear in the name of law.

I reported this to  Alertness of Anti-Corruption and Crime  alert@aacc.ind.in.Thanks to them. Please report any kind of such activity.

Same nonsense.Some carzy woman shouting over phone in Hindi..Not having a clue what she''s calling for.Asked me to call some Rana who apparantely doesn't pick the phone.

I have tata photon but not registered on address they mentioned.

My current address is just registered with 2 telecoms.
Reliance - who's broadband services were discarded after Head of Western India said they can't provide services
Vodafone- Where my recent address was updated last month

Clearly these are 2 organisation who are either indulging in this practice or their KYC departments are flawed and allow data theft.

Don't think consumer courts work on phones with "Government of India" official calling someone..Hvae they become this efficient..Anyways discarded them for now.
