I too, by mistake returned the call to +9609005901, with the same effect: Rs 40/- cut instantly. Could somebody tell who the hell is this fellow and do something to stop, pls.

This is an ISD advertisement call or scam. I received missed call and called this number back. Rs. 40 was deducted from my account. I tried to call BSNL customer care and received BSNL cc number does not exist. No wonder BSNL is losing ground.
