I also got this SMS from +9609918246. Atleast mobile companies people should see that our numbers are not misused by such ugly users. If this is a mobile operators strategy to earn money then also its shame on them.

I have typed the number on mobile tracking websites.The location revealed by them unanimously turns out to be West Bengal(Believe at your own peril!!!!)
The rogue,as worthy members have pointed out,seems to be shunting between West Bengal and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.Why doesn't he/she get drowned there,so that no one is harassed by his/her silly antics?
The rogue seems to labor under the delusion that people will be carried away by those messages.The rogue seems to think that he is acting smart real time.Well the rogue must realize that and be mindful of the fact that collateral smartness can backfire big time.
