Credit card scam.
Starts with recording about credit card interest rates. I pushed nine and a man  answered. When I asked who this company was, he hung up on me.

Recorded bait message about "your" credit card account; then suggests can lower the interest rate by talking to an associate. Lady answered at ext #9 and when I told her wanted them to remove my number from their database, she hung up on me.

Get calls everyday from 1 965-000-9654. Just like everybody else just a scam. They need to put these people in jail and let them get the same call every hour, 24 hours a day.

I am sick of these people calling me. I have gotten hangups and bad words said to me and then hangups, so these are definitely not professionals. It is a shame that these people cannot be stopped.

Have received several -- always it is "Rachel" -- today for the first time I pushed the number to talk to operator because I wanted to have them take my name off the list -- no one answered -- the number called from varies each time but 000 is always the middle three numbers.
