Complete scam, called and told me i had a 8040.00 lein for unfiled 941 taxxes. i called the irs and we have a zero balance with all forms filed on time.

Received a call from these scam artists....a Mr William Silvera. Pretending to be with the IRS....regarding tax liens. They are scammers.....tell them to pound sand.

These people are con artists. They will call all day long. They say they are calling about a "sensitive tax matter." Do not talk to these people!

They will call you multiple times A DAY all regarding public tax liens. Apparently they get a listing off all new public records and cold call ALL DAYYYYYYYY long from various numbers. Phoenix Group has called my business 4 times just today-all from different numbers.

William Silveira called wanting to talk to the owner about a 941 filing matter. Made it seem like he was from the IRS. Said it was a time sensitve matter. When I called back and asked what organization he was with he said "The Phoenix Group". SCAM!!
