I have received calls from this number several times with the same requirement. It is shown that the law firm PFG working with the IRS.

Yes Gerald Esparza is still on the beat trying to do whatever as of December 19th, 2013.  There is no PFG.  This number is located in Colorado.  The IRS doesn't bother to call - they send notices and hit your bank if you ignore them.  Spread the word this is a scam.

SPAM calls. Phishing for information. FRAUD.

Just got a call from this number also ...going to report this now to the sherriff

Got a call from 970-292-6728. The man stated that his name was Gerald and that he was calling in regard to a 941 filing with PFG. Gerald stated that this was " a time sensitive matter" and that he needed my boss to contact him quickly. I asked Gerald if he was from the IRS. Gerald mumbled something into the phone and proceeded to talk quickly to divert my attention to another part of the conversation. I asked him two more times, the third very aggressivly if he was with the IRS. Gerald finally, stated to me that "NO, he was not with the IRS"  Gerald proceeded to call a second time and yet a third time all in one day. I advised Gerald if he called again that I would take appropriate action with law enforcement for harassing communications.

Who would we report this too?  I have been getting calls from Nadine Collins, too.  I don't know how she knew my boss's name.

Exactly the IRS will send you a notice first NOT CALL first

This is the third time Nadine Collins has left a message regarding a tax matter and needing a call back to 970-292-6728.  She does not say where she is from - only that it is an important federal tax matter.

I got a call from this Nadine Collins today. Called back and got the same unprofessional voicemail. Don't trust this number or person.  Any legitimate communications from a tax agency will be in writing at first.  I would recommend reporting this to the AG's office.

Got a call saying same as DeeDee above - Nadine Collins called from 970-292-6728 and said it is in regard to federal business tax.  This is definately not how the IRS does business.  Do not give them any information.

Got a call saying it was in regards to our business taxes. She said her name was Nadine Collins and this was the call back number. If you call the number - you get someone with marbles in their mouth asking you to leave your name and number.
Thiis is not how the IRS gets in touch with a business regarding their taxes.

Got a call today saying it was in regards to a 941 tax matter. Nadine gave me my boss's home address as our business address. She needs a call back ASAP as this is "a time sensitive matter" She never gave me the name of the business she works with.
