Received phone call asking to speak with owner by name.  When told the owner is unavailable, he asks for partner.  When told he can speak with me because I'm the office manager he hung up.  How can we get rid of this guy?

Received phone call asking to speak with owner.  I screen the owners call so I ask who's calling and what it is regarding.  He told me the company name and said he was calling to get information about the type of business we do.  When I told him owner was not available and I would be happy to help he asked if I was an owner.  No ... but I think I can answer questions about the type of business we do.  You can block telemarketers from your home phone numbers, why can't you block them from your business?  If I want whatever service you are trying to sell, I will call you!

Calls wants to talk to owner, we have gotten I would imagine around 30 of these calls over the last few months.  as in the past 15-20 calls have requested them to take us off of his list.   This time he was vulgar, sure wish we could get rid of him!!  He said "Je---s F--k--g Ch--st" and hung up on me!

Call and ask for owner, never want to leave message, but they have something very important news. Whatever.
