They are fraudulently billing my credit card as Manley srvs

Got me also, but now they are being investigated by my credit card company. These scumbags ought to be shot !!

Just got an email from mypilotstore.  They discovered the hackers late in February.  
They state that no SSN, card CVVs were lost making ID theft unlikely.

I use mypilotstore too... I got the same thing on two of my credit cards...

Same story..same charge...same company MANLEY SRVC...Visa card..disputing charge w/my credit card company and getting my card reissued with new #. Bought from mypilotstore.com as well...dont remember when...but several months ago. It's really great and helpful to find all these comments here. Thanks!!

Scammers also got $3.49 from me, but credit card company is now investigating them. I'd love to see these b*****ds hung from a tree and shot. I'm willing to do it for $3.49 :)

My story is pretty much the same as everybody elses... I ordered something from MyPilotStore.com back in Aug of 09.  In Jan of 2010 I was billed $3.49 from Manley Srvc.  I just spent an hour on the phone disputing it with my credit card co.  By the way, it's a Bank of America AOPA Visa card.  The Card service rep credited by account but didn't cancel the card.  Each rep I talked to kept sending me to Manley Services, A Pacific Source Co.  I went to their web site and on the home page there's a "Credit Card Fraud Alert" stating that they don't charge cedit or debit cards and to contact your issuer immediately.

Same charge for 3.49 on Feb 2.
I ordered from mypilotstore in July 09.
At the end of the month I got hit with 7 charges for APL iTunes fraud.
The card was canceled as a result of this, I hadn't seen the Manley charge yet, wish I had.
Anyone else also got hit with iTunes as well???

I got the same charge on my Chase card and yes, I too have shopped at MyPilotStore.com. This seems to be a common starting point. I've called them by phone but they were closed so I sent an email. Someone should investigate whether their customer database server has been compromised - this is a criminal case - does anyone know who should be contacted?

By the way, mine was also a Citi card, as the others seem to have been.  Is this true for everyone?

I have called MyPilotStore at 877-314-7575.  They were made aware last week of the fraudulent charges from Manley Srvc that are linked to credit cards numbers from MyPilotStore, and they are investigating.  They took note of my name and phone number and promised to get back to me with the results; I suggest everyone who is experiencing this do the same!

i picked up a charge from manley srvc 9703002547 co for 3.49 on 1-26-10 and I didn't use my card that day. I also bought something from mypilotshop back in june or may of 2009. i think hat is the first and last purchase I ever made from them. my card took the charge off as a protested charge. it pays to check your statement and to have threads like this one, thanks.

Our corporate Citi card was also hit by a fraudulent charge for $3.49 from "MANLEY SRVC".  Not positive whether we purchased from MyPilotShop, but it is pretty likely.

I have shopped at mypilotstore and I just got this same charge show up.
My CC company seemed to not even believe me when I told them it was fraud.  Said they couldn't confirm since they only got an answering machine when they called.  Duh!  There can't be that many people shopping at mypilotstore so this appears to be a possible common thread...

Just got a charge on my Citi Card of 3.49 which I did not make. The Citi Cards says they'll request the money back yet for so little amount they probably won't take if far. This Manley guy is making a dent at 3.49 a pop. Ya'll all send me 3.49 if you don't think its a problem. Report it to your credit card asap.

Charged on my CC also. I did purchase something from Mypilotstore.com back in Aug 09.  CC company called number and said the service was a 'legit' 3rd party company and signed up with the BBB. I don't use any 3rd party service or agreed to have something billed to my acct.

I also received this charge on my company credit card on 02/01/2010 in the amount of 3.49  When I called the phone number is was a very poor audio recording for Manley Tech Support.  This is a scam and I had to have the card shut off and re-issued.  Apparently this person has been Phishing.  Might check to see if you have a virus on your computer.

The same thing happened to me.  However, I have only browsed my pilotstore.com, never bought from them.

Same thing here.  I use the card rarely, maybe 5 transactions per month, but did use it at MyPilotstore.com last summer.

No MyPilotstore. Only local grocery stores and gas in Pittsburgh.  2 Resturants in Ellicottville Ny.

Same thing happened to both my wife's debit card and my credit card (unusual $3.49 charge from Manley SRVC).  The only common thread between both cards was that we used both to shop at MyPilotstore.com.  Anyone else use that store?  Perhaps they lost credit card information.

They got me too.  Same 3.49 charge, on a US Bank REI Visa that I rarely use.  Only charges since October were to Lowes, a Hotel in SD, and a furniture store.

They charged me also, I am in Pennsylvania. I disputed the charge with the cc. They told me that my account number was compromised and issued me a new card. I used this card sporadically - gas, restaurant now and then.
