I got the same robocall everyone is getting. It's a collection agency people. There's no Chris Davis. I googled cks financial and found out via YouTube that you can sue then for harassment. Lemberg & Associates are promoting it.

 I just received the same call from a Chris Davis and, he does try to sound intimidating but, at the same time it is hilarious. Who in their right mind would call back after leaving a intimidating message like that? He needs to find another profession!!!!!! Leave me alone!!!!@

I got some weird call from a guy named Chris Davis seemed almost upset said that he didn't have to call me he could have made this decision without me that I needed to call and get my statement on this arbitary matter.  He doesn't say who he is calling for or where he is calling from just that he and his associates are calling.

HARRASMENT CALL- said I had to fill out info on an arbmatration case,,,I have no arbitration case pending.

He keeps calling my house EVERYDAY-- leaving that same message. . is it a scam? or bill collector?? I was going to call back to say WTF??? now after this not so sure. Has anyone actually talked to him????

Just got that same call. And yes it is a  threating call and this needs to stop. It should be illegal to do this without saying who it is and who its for.

Doesn't state name of company nor what kind of arbitrary matter this pertains to.  Don't plan on calling him back!

I'm a retired disabled veteran - Vietnam. They cannot intimidate me. They should leave messages to the person they're calling about and should leave the company they're working for.  This is totally scam and harrasment and threat...

I have received the same call, same person and the same message. I refuse to call back, because by law the have to say who they are calling for and why if they are debt collection firm.

This number called me twice.

Same thing with me.
If they don't say who they are or what/whom it pertains too, I'm not answering or responding.
Do they really think their intimidating with that lame threat?   pfffttt

I just got the same message.... And it was almost word for word what this forums original post said! The guy sounds like a complete jerk... No point in calling whoever they are back.

Just called me too. Made him listen to Momoiro Clover Z. :) Heard him talking through the music but couldn't understand what he was saying. This is a debt collector in Virginia, and they use a multiple of spoofed numbers from different parts of the country.

Same thing. It's probably some scam. Don't give out any info. Have them mail everything to you. " to the address they already have" on file. Don't give I out. And warn them to stop calling! :)
