They call 5 times a day and NEVER leave a message.  If you try to call back they NEVER answer.  About as shady as it gets!

this person calls. and won't give out name or company. and the caller Id just says Voice...and only want to talk to the man of the house. and wont say why.

called and left no message.  Caller ID showed "Health District."

Just got a call from them, they called 5 times in a row and didn't leave a single voice mail. I tried calling back and no one answered, very annoying.
