We are also on the Do Not Call lists but got this call from Specialty Carpet Cleaning Company. Don't know why these companies think making people angry w/ unwanted calls is going to get them good business.

I am on the CO and national Do Not Call lists. But, I get calls from this company. They have to know they are violating the law in this matter, and simply do not care. They will get a piece of my mind the next time they call.

Yes, I was rude, but not vulgar. I didn't ask you to call. CHECK the DO NOT CALL LIST. Or get a new service to provide your numbers.

I am on both the Colorado and National Do-Not-Call lists, and I still got a cold sales call from this company. I asked who gave them my phone number and was told Electronic Voice Services. I told them the call was illegal and to remove my phone number from their lists. I am also filing a complaint with both do-not-call lists.

I also received a call awhile ago from 1-970-663-2287. Specialty Carpet Cleaning called me even though I am on the National Do Not Call List - which is illegal. Apparently they are not checking this list before calling. I received a call from Request Services in Fort Collins awhile back - also a carpet cleaning service and filed a complaint with the FCC. You bet I will be filing a complaint against this company too. I'm beginning to think both companies use the same calling service.

Our calls are Respectful and Purchesd Leagally.. All circumstances vary From Customer To Customer But I assure you we handle every customer in a Perfossional Manner. Rude Or Vulgur Language is never tolerated from both ends of the line. In this circumstance to our understanding the gentalman was rude from the start and did not even let the caller tell him he would be taken off the listing. Please Rest Assure that any "Do Not Calls" will be promptly removed.
