Called today, wanted to speak to a signer on the merchant account. Since we don't have a merchant account I told them never to call back. But I've asked them that before. Wish they'd get a real job.

This phony work is up again. I got a call that I qualified to upgrade my account. so I asked if this was really a sales call, which he denied. Gave them no info and hung up.

"Dylan" at Payment Solutions called, claiming that our "corporation" (which is actually a church) was not "EMV compliant" and wanted to talk to our business manager. The number on my caller ID was 970-685-3171 and Dylan gave me a different number to call him back: 877-775-0075, ext. 4501. Dylan tried to make it sound like it was an urgent thing, that we needed to be in compliance with this thing or be in trouble. I had the feeling it was a scam of some kind, so I took the information down for further research

Called the 970-685-3171 and was routed to a tech help center in Nebraska. They had no clue as to who was generating the call. They were no help and was told there was no phone number or person that they knew that could get me off of there call list. One person told me to just answer the phone. I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST.

No message. They got our number from a Mastercard through the Home Depot business credit card we had. The Home Depot cancelled their business credit card about 2 years ago; the account was closed by them yet we continue to get these solicitation calls every month. Guess we should feel lucky it's only 1 or 2 calls a month!

'Customer Solutions' woman call our business again asking for my boss. I said, ''What are you selling?'' She said, "I'm not selling anything, **** **** wants to speak to me."
She gave me an 800-280-0123 number to call her back. Everyone be sure to call her on this 800-280-0123 number everyday so that she can understand how irritating it is to be an un solicited pest.

CC processing Co. We don't use any, but they continue to call a few times a week (among others)...drives me crazy. We get more telemarketing calls (and always out of state) than we do business calls...sad!
The "do not call list" is nothing but a joke. We have all business numbers and even home phone numbers and still get about a dozen calls a month.

We've received several calls from a number of these credit card processing companies over the past few years, wanting us to change services. So annoying. The guy from this place wanted me to tell him how much our annual credit card sales were, along with our current rates. I'm like sorry, but I'm not about to divulge this information to you over the phone. He also wanted to know how long it took our current provider to get funds into our account. The call ended there.
Dang, he actually asked if he had our current address and I confirmed it. Now I suppose someone will show up at our business and I'll have to deal with some moron in person. It's happened before, totally unannounced.

I receive multiple phone calls from this number EVERY DAY! This is a business! I am the office manager, and I DO NOT forward any calls to the owner when the caller refuses to speak to me. The most previous call was today 07/13/2011, and when they asked for the owner (by name) I asked them if there was anything I could help them with, and asked what they were calling about. She refused to talk, and said that she would call back later. I told her "not to bother". She then CALLED ME BACK, asked for my name (I gave it to her), and proceeded to tell me that I give terrible customer service. I told her "Thank You"! (sarcastically), asked her if there was anything else, and she hung up the phone. After that, she called me 5 TIMES within a 2 minute period, just to hang up on me. This is HARRASSMENT!!! I'm sick of it!

I received a call from Payment Solutions today and they acted like they knew me and that they were my Credit Card processor. They said they needed to speak to me about our compliance on our Credit Card Merchant account here and also some benefits of businesses earned on the direct level. It sounded suspicious to me as well so I googled their number and was not surprised to find all this. They also use phone # 877-775-0075. Beware of this scam to try to get you to unknowingly switch your Credit Card Processing and DO NOT give them any of your account information such as account numbers....etc. It is a shame that companies like this have to trick people to try and get business instead of earning business the old fashioned respectful way. May God have mercy on their souls.........or maybe not, they know what they are doing.

I Googled the number, then use the *call block* feature on my phone.
