Hang up immediately.  They will hook you into their printing cartridges for years.  Unfortunately i wish I had known this a couple of years ago.  I have been trying to get away from them but every time I think that all the invoices are paid off and assured they are Roger calls again to tell me that I owe on more invoices.  I think this company is a big rip off and wish I had NEVER got involved with them.
Next stop is the BBB for me.

Received a cold call from them today. The people I spoke with were very nice, but pushy, and did not give me much space to tell them that we weren't interested, insisting that the call wouldn't take up very much time before I could get any word in edgewise.
After telling the gentleman I was speaking with that we had just ordered new replacement carts the day before (which I did), he told me to keep track of how long the new carts take to run out, and that he would make a second call in August.
Seems like a lot of effort to get new clients. And with a 4 month gap between calls...?
It sounded kind of fishy.
Even fishier when I did a quick Google search and all I could find were forums about cold call scams, and no website. There are several businesses with deceptively /similar/ names, but not the one I was given. It could very well be a scam using a common-but-just-different-enough company name.
Be careful out there, folks.

Just called - when I told them that we have maintenance agreements that supply toner the caller in a sing song voice said I don't care.  I told him to not call us again as we are on the do not call registry - he replies who cares and slammed down the phone.   Just don't get this - when you are taking up someone's time and they are not interested just thank them and hang up.  Do these idiots actually think that you won't remember their phone number.

I too have fell victim to their foul sales and billing tactics.
I received a call in Nov from a sales person at Evergreen printing.
I was told that if I tried their comparable toner cartridges Made in the USA 100% I could do an order of 2 at $179 a toner cartridge which would have been $10 cheaper than the Dell OEM Cartridges I buy from Dell for $189 Extended Use and Return 6000 page count toners and they would send one free.
I was assured their toners were not remanufactured and would last for approximately twice as many prints as the Dell OEM.
I decided to try them out.
I get my one toner that was billed at $426 and one free toner.
The third toner was on backorder and when I used their first toner it lasted 2100 pages and was bone dry.
I didn't think they would try to charge over 2 times the amount quotes and didn't read the invoice fully and assumed it was the total for the two toners.
I just received the third toner and had called for two months 10 times and only received one call back from them that I was not in for and they didn't leave a message so I called back today and finally the billing person called me back today and said that I was never told I would pay $179 for each toner and that they are $426 each and that he would discount the last toner to $235 and close my bill and list my account with them as closed.
I don't like this but I am going to pay them to get this over with and I will never buy anything from that company ever.
the billing person Steve was rude, pushy, and very demeaning to me like I am just some idiot that doesn't know what a scam is and what they are doing.
Instead of arguing with him or anyone else there I agreed to pay the final invoice and he would fax it to me in 15 minutes.
That was 6 hours ago and still no fax.
I haven't used the other two toners and just want them to take them back but they will not.
I have never dealt with such a terrible, deceitful, nasty company as them in my 16 years as an IT Manager and I have dealt with a lot of scams and cold calls and they are by far the worst.
If I didn't call and raise a stink today and over the past two months and I still don't think this is over I would be getting calls in a month to finish out an order I never wanted and do not want now.
Anyways, if anyone gets a cold call from them or is thinking of trying them out I wound suggest you don?t.
They are liars, cheaters and scammers.
Please take heed when I say they will promise you the best in customer service, Price, and product but they deliver nothing but huge bills and overcharge for a very poor product.
Don?t do it and hang up on them if they call you.
Ifs not worth the money, time, and hassle.
Good luck everyone.\

I had the same experience.  These people are so pushy they almost force you to accept as they will not take no for an answer.  I believe that they are working off of scare tactics since they are calling offices and sweet talk you, then when they call back they make it appear as if you agreed to continue buying, and maybe for fear of your job in this economy you say ok because you don't really recall your previous conversations including that you had to buy more.  These people are good so good and when you don't pay the overly exaggerated invoice they call and call and call and call and call, many times in a row to get you on the phone.  They are totally a scam and in my opinion I think everyone should just hang up the phone on them.  I am going to report them to the BBB.

I received a call from evergreen printing and they seemed like they knew what they were talking about so I said I would try the product. They sent me two and I was trying it out and didn't really love it. They then sent me 12 MORE, I NEVER ASKED FOR 12 MORE. When I called to ask why they told me that its part of the opening program and I couldn't return it because they make it just for you. Every TWO inks are 800 dollars THATS INSANE. I dont want to pay that much or I really don't need that much ink, does anyone know how I can get out of this? help ..

EverGreen Printing Supplies is a scam! They are hostile, rude, and trying to run a dishonest business. Similar to everyone above, we were given more toner than we ordered and required to pay a ton of money for it. We could have purchased 3 new printers for how much they charged us for ink. One day, we randomly received three Best Buy gift cards in the mail. There was no note in the gift cards, and they were scratched in the back (like they were used). It was extremely random, but we tied the return address with EverGreen's address. We called them and tried to return the extra ink, but they demanded that we keep it and pay for it. They accused me of being dishonest. They are extremely difficult to deal with. I wish there was a way we could make these complaints more visible to future victims.

I got a call from Evergreen Printing Supplies about a month or two ago - the salesman was extremely pushy and asked for information on what kind of printers we use in our office. We have several that use toners & two that use ink; I was already leery of this guy so I told him we only had two & they both use ink. He then told me the standard "try before you buy" and he would send an open invoice with the 2 black ink cartridges. We were buying our ink from Staples (which isn't cheap) so I thought," why the heck not, I can always send it back!" Silly me. His "shipping department" called to confirm the shipment and told me she was sending me an invoice for $65.00 that I needed to pay when I received the ink. I told her I was not paying for the ink until I tried it and she told me I couldn't do that. I told her to forget it, don't send it, and she hung up. The next day, the same salesman called and said "I thought you were buying the ink, why didn't you confirm with my shipping department?!" in an extremely rude tone. I explained what happened. He told me she didn't know what she was talking about and said he would send the ink with an OPEN invoice. So about a week later I got the ink in the mail - tried one, it works just fine - so I paid the $65 invoice and decided I MIGHT buy from them again if the ink continues to last.
About two weeks ago, a different salesman called me and told me he was sending me a $50 Wal-Mart giftcard as a "thank you." I told him that sounded great and I liked the ink just fine. He then said "Okay you'll receive the gift card with your two other cartridges, sound good? Happy holidays!" and tried to end the conversation. I caught it and said "What two cartridges? I didn't agree to that." And he tried to tell me that my shipment was "split" and I had been "grandfathered in to the old price and needed to pay for the next two cartridges." I told him I agreed to NOTHING, and that I did not need two more cartridges when I had just received 2 (since they're supposed to last soooo long). He continued to rudely argue with me but I stood firm about not sending any ink. He then said he would call back next month to see if I had changed my mind and asked me to call him when I got the gift card. So it's been a couple weeks and no gift card. I won't be surprised if more cartridges show up after reading these reviews. If these guys call you, hang up and don't agree to anything because they are sneaky little b*****ds for sure.

The exact same thing happened to me. They are scam artists. The NEVER told me anything about the "minimum purchase order" that included the last 4 they were going to send EVEN THOUGH I told them DO NOT SEND THESE TO ME. They said by paying the first invoice I was bound by contract to pay them for the additional 4 THAT I DID NOT EVEN WANT.

The salesman even lied to me on the phone and told me verbatim, "When the confirmation department calls you to verify this order, do NOT tell them that I changed anything on your order." Of course, I did tell them he said that. They said they would look into it. BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT TRY THEIR INK! THEY ARE LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS, CROOKS.

If you have a legit product don't use telemarketing. That's not how honest people with good products sell stuff these days. That's how scammers sell products. Duh. That's why they say you have to be relevant in marketing. Telemarketing hasn't been relevant since it started. Greasy people selling cheap crap to the lonely and the elderly. Get a clue.

Evergreen Printing Supplies is a baaaaaad outfit.  They fast-talk and sweet-talk you into placing an order - the deal sounds great and the plant-based ink sounds great - but there are things they did not tell you, including that they are going to send you more cartridges than you agreed to.  Then, they charge you twice what you thought you were going to pay (way more than HP would charge for their cartridges), and the cartridges DO NOT WORK!!!  They will make some lame excuse about how they had tried a new supplier that didn't work out, so they will replace the cartridges, but then the new ones don't work, either.  (BTW, they are probably ruining your printer in the process.) And they say they will send you a gift card to a store of your choosing, but then they refuse to send it until you pay their exorbitant bill.  Then they try to fast-talk you into staying with them, offering all kinds of wonderful-sounding deals.  THEY INSIST ON CALLING YOU - THEY WILL NOT EMAIL - THEY DO NOT WANT TO PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING!!  BEWARE!!!   Stay as far away from these con artists as you can!!

This is the exact same scenario that happened to me.  When my manager called the company back, they hung up on her. We were told they had already shipped out the cartridges and we told them we would refuse them when they came.  Still waiting on the package to refuse, but it has not shown up.....nor has the gift card that we were promised! I hate deceitful tactics!

a few months ago, i had a caller from evergreen "Gregg", i decided, maybe this would be a good alternative to OEM, bad idea.  they claimed these toners hold 3 times as much., maybe they do, but they also cost 3 times as much, but printing doesn't equate to 3 times as much, seems the same amount of printing to me., ok so i paid the first invoice because i wanted to try it.  fast forward to today, got a call from 310-752-0083 (evergreen printing) saying that since i paid the first invoice, which triggered the ok to order, i needed to pay for a second shipment to complete my "complete order" of two cartons (2 boxes of toner in one carton).  Pay another $270?
this is BS.  don't fall for these scams, there's a reason why they're pushy.  they make 300% profit from you.

Received a call today.  Caller ID just had Denver CO listed. The gentleman said he was from Evergreen Printing and wanted to help me take advantage of some great prices but I just had to give him the serial number on my copier.  He was not rude to me but when I quickly told him no thank you he just hung up on me.  I used to get irritated at these types of calls but now I just let them do their little talk and act like I am excited about it then when it gets to the serial number part I either say no and hang up or on occasion if I am not to busy I will just start calling off crazy numbers and eventually they hang up on me.

Called wanted to sell toner.  I gave our toner #.  Said I could talk to tech.  I said just email me the price and gave them my email.  Two days later got a call from tech.  I said again just email the quote.  He hung up.  How rude.  Very shaky.  I wouldn't give out personal or corporate information to Evergreen printing in Denver.  It is definitely a scam.  What company hangs up instead of explaining they can't email quotes.

I was called a few times by this company - I wouldn't describe her as "pushy" but more "persistent" that I hear her out and be at least willing to give it a try.  I asked to see something in writing and got a 1-pg marketing sort of flyer via fax.  That was after 3 calls that the fax was sent, but sent it was.  Doesn't include any of the details I was seeking unfortunately.  Caller ID on the fax line lists "Reliable Printing".  I only have 1 ordinary printer in my office and the ink cartridges that came with it when I ordered it a year ago are still working, so I hardly need a mail order ink cartridge supply line...

I also worked for several years as a telemarketer. Some people were rude, but I was invading their space, taking time away from their business and possibly tying up their business line. They didn't owe me anything. I was never pushy, and I said thank you and got off as soon as they said they weren't interested. I made a lot of sales, despite. I also got a call from Evergreen They were extremely pushy, refused to put anything in writing and went on forever. The saleswoman outright lied to me.  The number she called from, btw, was not in California, and the caller id was for G services. They are not BBB affiliated.

I got the same call back a couple of months ago with the same story as you.  Then this past friday from someone named David called again offering the $25 giftcard and they would be shipping me (2) more sets of cartridges.  Which I didn't agree to.  Guess what I will be doing the same as you returning the ink cartridges.

Then this morning a got a call from some .itch and she was like oh well i want to speak to someone else and I said no your not speaking to anyone else.  Im returning the cartridges when we receive them and don't freacking call my place of business again.  These people are pushy and definately don't tell you ahead of time the scam.  Then she had the nerve to say that my conversation was recorded.... Really? Let them send me the conversation and I can take up with my lawyer.

I totally agree with you Evergreen Printing supplies is a scam. I let them sent me 2 and then I let them send
me a couple more. Long before I knew I was getting calls saying that I had to purchase more and more. That
the intial was for 12 dozen cartridges and finally agreed to send 9 long story short after the last shipment he sent me a letter saying account was closed the invoices said final shipment I thought glad to be done with that I really took a beating. Then James called again saying I had more to get. I said no way let me talk to
your boss. He said that was not going to happen. So I am sticking to my guns no more cartridges he was
a bully and harrassing me. I did talk to another guy there and he told me we don't send you anything you
dont want. Then James called again and said I had to take more and more. And yes he sent a walmart gift
card I said I would send it back. Does anyone know I to get a hold of a higher power in this company?

Pushy, fast-talking, liars.  As a salesperson myself, I believe total transparency closes the majority of sales.  I got the initial call to try before you buy.  I advised the woman that we probably would not even use the cartridge for a year.  She stated that was fine.  Accounts Payable just paid the invoice instead of checking with me, as obviously it is not a vendor we have ever used before.  I have received several follow up calls stating they will send the rest of our order with the gift card.  I have told several people that we do not want their product or service, but it has fallen on deaf ears.  I told the lady today I was going to return the cartridges since we haven't even opened the first box, and she snapped that was not the way they worked.  Judging from everything else I have read on here, they are classic scammers.  A company that boasts "American Made" screwing you?  I just cannot imagine!!

Just got a call from a nice woman from Evergreen Printing - phone number was 970-685-4709 - with the "let me send you 2  cartridges for your HP 8100 (price is $220 each - comparable to what we are paying now), use one the next time you need to change cartridges.  If  you don't get twice as many copies (4,000 as opposed to 2,000), as their cartridges are HP specification compliant, yada yada yada, return the unused one."  Will send a box with an "open ended invoice" to be paid only upon satisfaction - no payment if not happy -  and a return label for the unused cartridge if we are not satisfied.  Now, after reading everyone's posts, not so sure about this.  I guess someone is supposed to call me to verify everything she told me.  Now that I've read what all you have had to say, I have a few questions for the person who will be calling and may end up refusing shipment when delivered.  Really hate to muck up our 8100 with inferior ink, but if it IS legitimate, and we'll get twice as many pages per cartridge, and everything is HP specific.....Now I don't know what to do.
