Some phone Spammer is using this as their caller-id. In my case, they hung up (or, more likely, the robo-caller hung up on me because nobody was available).
What's needed is Federal legislation requiring a legitimate caller-id for any sales-related calls.

Just got a call from"Victoria" saying she was from "Publisher's Svcs" asking for someone else. When I said they weren't available, she h/u. Got same result as everyone else - can't call back because Phine Tag wants my #. Won't accept a phony # so it must check a database I'm guessing.
How does someone who IS registered with the Do Not Call registry sue these people? I'm fed up with these calls. I can't even find a lawyer who knows what type of lawyer I need!

I also received a call Jan 29th from 970-840-1064 and also cannot find out who it is. I thought being on the state and federal DO NOT CALL lists was supose to take care of this from happening.
