I have received about 40 calls a day from the above number.  He says he is Richard Clay.  He has been asked several times to not call me at work.  He has told my co-workers that he will call back a thousand times a day until he can talk to me.  He even was nasty with my manager. He also calls about 20 times in a row and just hangs up when the phone is answered. Finally, I told him I am going to turn him into the attorney general, but that still did not stop him.  He has a heavy middle eastern accent. He continues to tell my co-workers that I will be in serious legal trouble if I dont call him back. He has been rude to several people and we have trasfered him to our legal department and he hangs up. He is obnoxicious and beligerent, and I believe this definitately qualifies as harassassment. This has been embarrassing to me and a pain and extreme inconvenience to my co-workers and everyone at my employment.  I am afraid I may lose my job over this obnoxious man.

This guy is clown shoes!!! You hang in there! I got him to finally crack and start swearing at me, I beat him so hard at his own game, that he got toungue tied!! Do not give this useless P.O.S any of your info!!! He threatened my wife too, I started to leave terrible messages back to him, they are nothing but dirt bags trying to scam money....they use an exchange number here in the U.S....they are not from here....I seriously believe that there is no one as much of a scum bag in the U.S!!! My advice...call them 20, 30 times a day..and leave gross horrible messages, argue with them too, they are not legit..PLEASE, PLEASE, do not let them intimidate you...they are thieves!

These peope called and said they were from CSII seend the remarks from others. Told them that. He said someone would be picking me up and I would serve 10 years in jail. Is there any way to get these guys to quit calling.

Called "Vishnu". He wasn't real happy about calling someone who has ties in law enforcement, and told ME to stop calling HIM. I don't know what this is all about, but it's going to be investigated.

This number continues to call after I have told them I am reporting them and that I know they are scammers they have called at odd times and are very Nasty I even took to answering with an air horn and they still cal 6-8 times a day 3-4 days a week Wis there was something we couyld do about these people I get lots of these calls from other numbers too I still think Comcast is involved somehow since they have my old Comcast email address that I have never actully used.

These people are not legit debt collectors.  It is a SCAM~!  Somehow they are getting personal information and are trying to use it to intimidate people into giving them more information.  DO NOT TALK to these people.  I too have been contacted by an East Indian man claiming to be from the Dept of Law and Investigation.  What??? They did that exact thing to me.  When I called the company that he said was sueing me they had never heard of it and told me that it was a scam.  The foreign guy called back today and when my boyfriend talked to him they said that they were part of the Federal Government and it was none of his business what their company did!!!!

970-984-8940 keeps calling for an employee in our office. Employee doesnt work in the office! We do not pass on personal or business calls since it has nothing to do with OUR BUSINESS.

Indian accent guy was so rude, wouldnt identify himself. I get that they have business possibly with someone but stop harrassing our office we have no contract or obligation with you and cannot force an employee to call back.

I recieved two messages from the number 970-984-8940 saying they were from the department of justice and a case had befallen on me and to call back.  when I redialed the number a man named Rafael answered and swore up and down it was not him.  The man on the answerimachine sounded like an eastern indian man with a heavy accent, I could barely even understand him.

THey have been calling me and saying that there is a lawsuit against me and my SSN, and they have the last 4 digits of my social.  THey told me and I didn't confirm it.  Anyway, they keep calling me and when I ask more about it, they hang up.

So F*ckng annoying.. These people have been calling me for over a yr now with the same bs about pay day loan, yes i do have some out but they wont tell me which they r collecting from!! its such a scam, they got our info from the loans and are trying scam us!!
