Calls then hangs up.

Just found this number on my iPhone.
Didn't want to call back unless I could find out who it is.

I have received about 10 calls in a week.  Picked it up once, but could not hear anything.  Another time, I think I was going to be connected to a automated message, so I hung up.  Now I never pick up!! Have them stop calling me. Thank you

Please do not call this phone # again.  I'm not sure why you were calling but since there wasn't any message left I assume it was relating to a donation or trying to convince me to buy something or I have won something I don't want.

They don't leave a message, if somone answers they hang up.
They call form 2 different numbers with this ID name....Ins Sur Group, numbers are 971-208-9960 and 360-474-3925

I received a call today at 1116 in Ontario Canada. Same thing about answering 3 "political" survey questions about "Conservative" politics. I decided to play the game and answered the 3 questions and was then transferred to an agent representing Caribbean Cruise Lines and I was advised I had "won" a trip to the Bahamas for answering the questions. I then advised the agent that the call was being recorded and I was calling from the RCMP fraud department. I advised him it was illegal in Canada to misrepresent a political opinion survey for telemarketing purposes. I then asked for the official company name and address so that this incident could be followed up and necessary legal action taken. No problem, he willingly provided the information... Caribbean Cruise Lines, 301 Broadway, Suite 101B, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. I then said thank you and hung up.

I have got one-ringers for several days in a row, at different times of day. Once I had the phone in my hand and answered it. No voice, no tone.

I got the same call.  Hung up and blocked that number.
I also won a 3 day cruise just for answering (not) a political survey regarding the deficit.
And darn I don't even live in the USA

Says I have won a trip if I provide a credit card # for taxes and other fees.  SCAM.

I agree with Big D, why is the service provider turning a blind eye to this crap?  They are complicit.

I get called from this number about once a week.   I requested the caller to remove my number from their call list.  This did not work.  I still get calls.

I got one of these calls. I missed it and the caller id that came up on my phone was "IND SURG GROUP" . no idea who they are...

Caller hung up on my voice mail. I dialed back & the recording said, "The number you have called is temporarily unavailable." Definitely not a legitimate call.

I'm reading all these posts and I have to wonder -- why do they keep calling? Are there really that many people gullible enough to send them money? Do you suppose these idiots are hapless victims of some work-at-home scheme?

Called me at 9:30 a.m., left no message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and if they can't/don't/won't leave a message, I guess they don't want to talk to me. So they don't. Nuf said.

They used to call themself "WCA Subscriber Services", got hundred of phone numbers.

Please have these people stop calling our numbers we are not interested in anything they have to offer

It is imperative we band together against these idiots.  The person that always calls me uses 19 different phone numbers, the same guy from India, caller Id's are from overseas and all across the USA.  Gather as much info as you can including recordings if you can get them and then make complaints to the Attorney General, FBI, FCC, FTC,BBB, Your Congressmen and Senators.  Post a note if I have left out an agency.

And then make up stupid stories.  The current one I am answering with is why are you stalking a dead person and give a fake name for myself.  My caller is Andrew Johnson and he says even if she's dead I still need to talk to her.

Yet another call from Oregon and Washington. Getting a lot from there lately. What's up with that?
