Don't even bother calling them back, I have a few times, and I found the numbers are BOGUS, disconnected lines. Using FAKE CALLER-ID.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Just called me on my cell and they never left a message

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.

I'm just glad they did not leave a voicemail.  I would like to have these calls stop and I'm coming to the conclusion that they only way is to change my phone number but then again, that probably would not work either.  I've had this number for over 5 years and I believe this is part of the reason why I get so many of these calls.

I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.

NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.   THEY CAN?T GET THROUGH!

We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

I reported this number to the email addy you provided. I told them I was being harassed by this number with calls to both home and cell phones and that I was forwarding this number (971) to them so I would have a record of having notified them...I have no clue if it will do any good....but I will have a record and they will have been notified of abuse. Thanks for posting...if I hear anything, I'll post back here.

called on business cell...I have blocked number...now they call on different #s on my land line...
I answered once and after telling the woman I didn't need their service, she persisted for about 4.5 minutes until I hung up. Trying to sell a 30 day free trial to google search engine after which you could cancel if not happy...yeah right.

Find a free program called "Phone Tray"  ( http://www.phonetray.com/ )  (yes, it's free).

You just need a modem in your computer and this software.

You can add numbers or manual have the modem answer.  It will then play pre-recorded messages including the old AT&T message "The number you dialed is no longer is service....."

Pretty cool, and works.

When I called this number back it said it was the "automated do not call" and to enter your number to be placed on the "do not call list". Anyone else get that??

I blocked my number and called the number back just now to get a message, you have called the national do not call registry, please press 1 to add your number to our registry.  
They've called me numberous times, never left a message for me.
Like others on this list, I don't answer numbers I don't know, so they always go into voicemail.

calls often, this is unsolicited and does not honor the 'if you would like to be added to our do not call...'

Received a call from a company & this number 971-220-1011 claiming to be affiliated with Google & are wanting to update company info. When I asked his name he answered "SAM" , when asked whom he worked for ? he claimed to be employed by our company for 1-1/2 ...... I assured him he was making an untrue statement. I asked a 2nd time what company he was representing & how he was affiliated with Google? I advised he was making Fraudulent claims & I was going to file complaint against this number & with Google to protect the public from such scammers. Very Unproductive for a business to receive calls from such people. Hopefully Google will follow up on this as well as The State Of Florida Agriculture-Complaint Department.

I just received a call with an automated entry to be removed from their call list.  Every time I get a call from one of the Donor Services phone numbers, I TEXT back "STOP CALLING ME."  Almost all the calls have stopped.

If someone doesn't take no for an answer, how much more rude can you get? The people shouldn't call me in the first place!

Call just came from that number. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. No message. They just hung up. When is the Do Not Call Registry going to become an effective deterrent to unwanted calls?
We're back to getting dozens on all of our phone lines.

I try to keep telemarketers on line as long as possible. If a robocall lay the phone down.
Make each call as expensive as possible for them.
