This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I literally get about 4 calls a day from this number on my cell. THEY NEVER say anything when I answer. Always hang up. Very annoying!

I just answer it and hand it to my 3 year old and tell them to tell Santa what they want for Christmas, it is Funny.

I am on the Do Not Call list. So why is this telemarketer allowed to call me?  Can I report them to any federal agency?

Just another random telemarketer....only way to beat them at this game is ingore any number that you do not recognize....if it is important or potentially someone that you know....they will leave a message ;-)

Got a call from this number with no one on the other side of the line. Minutes later I received a call from a 503 number which I ignored. Looked up area code on Google and both are from Oregon, also found this website. Won't answer these calls again.

Started getting calls yesterday, about 2-3 a day......crazy.....no messages left but the repeated call is annoying...get a LIFE

They are calling my CELL PHONE.

Got 3 calls in one day from it .. the kind of calls that only ring 3 times (not forever, like a friend/family would stay waiting for you to pickup).  They do that to see "if someone answers the phone during X time of day on x day of week" to populate their database.  And to avoid voicemail pickup in order to avoid connection charges.

I called it back and get the automated msg "this is a telemarketing company,  if you want to be removed from our call list please enter 1".  After doing so, the next day I received FIVE CALLS!

As usual, always best to ignore them completely.  By entering "1 -- don't call me" I have now confirmed that I am alive at that phone number so they will keep calling it.  But we must all band together and fight this problem otherwise it will get worse.
