I have received calls from this number the past four days and I can not clear them from my new phone, plus I don't want whatever they have to offer.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I received a call to my cell phone and answered and said hello and no one was there.  I dialed back and it just rang and then an option to continue the call or to let them know if you do not wish to receive further calls. Some type of tele-marketing--sounded like for awards or rewards--hard to understand
