i get 2 - 3 calls a day from this number.  the caller id shows the telephone number.

I just got 7 calls from them (to the same phone number) within 2 minutes - are you kidding me?
I not home so I didn't answer, but got 7 e-mails from verizon showing each call.  Do they get commissions per call.  Ridiculous.

That exactly what did, got a panasonic phone with call block. Works well, you hear one quick ring but on their end they get a quick busy tone and are disconected. Also great for alumini organizations that call regularly for donations. This and spam are the bane of the tech age. Even worse are spam tex on your cell phone that you pay to reciev.

I didn't answer and no message was left.  However, caller ID gave this number -- completely unknown.  It is only one of numerous pest calls that have been coming in, despite listing with Federal (?) "Do not call".  My credit card was also hacked, despite $10 monthly payments to LifeLock.  Is there no protection against marauders in this cybe era?

These calls are coming from a well know group of scumbags call Pacific Communications Group. I have been getting calls for years from their literally thousands of numbers. You block one, they call from another. Someone needs to stomp their guts in. My number seems to be on everybody's list.  Here's what I want to tell them, in case they read these posts. You're an alarm system company who calls me repeatedly, usually when I have better things to do.  I would NEVER do business with you because you're moronic asshats with nothing to do and all day to do it!  STOP your crap.

This company is a pain...I blocked their # with my panasonic and they still try to call!!!!

Caller ID says Gresham, Oregon.  I just pick up the phone and hang up on the caller.

I simply don't answer.  No message left and they hang up.   I get alot of calls like this too and if you don't answer, they stop calling.  Or pick up and hang up right away.  They go away.  Not a big issue.

Caller ID said "MEMBER SERVICES"  but they are the same old "home security" scammer/spammer criminals.  Today's speil starts out with something like:  "The FBI reports many break-ins in your area".

Don't even think of doing business with them!

Called my house today. Showed up as member services and left no message. The best advice that I can offer is to pick up a phone that has a call block feature. My particular brand is a Panasonic and as soon as I see a missed call with a number that I don't recognize, I check this site and if it's a garbage call I hit call block and that takes care of them. I've reduced the # of these calls to about one per week because once they're blocked all they get when they call my house is a busy signal eventually they just give up.

comes up on ID as Member Services, so thinking it was my insurance company returning my call, I answered.  It was an auto robo call soliciting to put an alarm system on the property if I agreed to let them use their sign.  Scam scam scam...and they should not be calling because they are not on the "acceptable" list of callers per the law.  They need to be reported to the FCC

Came up on caller ID as "Member Services"   rang 6 times.  Called number back and it did not ID itself as a specific company, but you could op out from receiving calls.
