You no longer have to re-register every so many years.  Initially it was 5 years on my first registration, but it's changed recently and no re-registration is called for now.

These people are NOT immune because their claim that they are doing a political survey is a cover for their scam which is to get credit card info from you to "pay taxes and port charges".  NO TRUE POLITICAL SURVEY EVER GIVES YOU A FREE ANYTHING for answering their survey questions.

I keep getting called from this number but never answer! I hope they stop calling me! :)

Called me Apr 5th ignored.

The calls have stopped!!!!  Contact their legal counsel, it seems to work.

Stop calling my number. You don't speak, you just call. Why are you calling if you have nothing to say.

received call yesterday. no message

I got a call on my cell phone from this number. They must be dialling randomly, because I have never gotten a call on the landline from them.

Received call from PO America at 6:46pm, 4/5/12.  Did not answer.

Here we go again.  Have been receiving calls, mostly from Pacific Northwest, on a weekly basis (but a different number, each time once).  This time they called at 4:15 p.m. PST on my cell, which is registered with the Do Not Call registry.  I let the call go to voice mail, but they did not leave a message.  Will they ever give up?  I really don't want to have to change my number...

I picked up the phone and listened.  They hung up in a minute without saying anything.  Now I'm going to block them.  Now: Why would anyone give out their credit card number to strangers on the phone???

thank you for doing your homework.  I too will bug them.   I've been receiving these calls for the past few days and felt duped the second I pressed "9" to be removed from their list.   My phone company said that for $4.99 more I can block that number, but I won't waste my money on that because I'm sure tomorrow they'll be calling from a different number.

Yet another scam number in the North West. Get rid of one & another starts calling.

This is a scam!  The political survey is not real.  Do not bother taking it.  They're hiding behind a fake survey to give themselves a way around the do not call list.

The free cruise is not free.  You will be asked to give them your credit card to 'hold your reservation' and for some supposedly small fees.  Those fees will add up and they will not be refundable -- and there's not a damn thing you can do to get your money back.

Do not bother pressing any number to be removed from their list because you are only verifying that your number is a real one.

These crooks have even set up a FAKE website.  If you fill out the page asking for your number to be removed from their list, you are not only confirming your number is a real one but now you have given them more of your personal information to attach to that number!

These robocalling scammers are spoofing the Caller ID information that we see.  They are using dozens of different phone numbers to hide their true identity.  What legitimate company does that?

Please add them to your phone's address book under SCAM or block them if you have that capability.  

Last, but not least, report them to www.donotcall.gov each and every time they bother you from all of their different phone numbers.  We have to let them know that these crooks are still scamming innocent people.

Political Opinions of America again... They've called on 2/21, 3/13, 3/21, 4/2, and now 4/5.  Every time, I press 1 to be removed.  They always call from a different number, and it appears that the older numbers are disconnected.  They always hang up when I pick up.

This number (and others) has called numerous times from the Oregon Area over the past few weeks. No answer, no message left and DAMN annoying.

Have been constantly getting this number call my cell.  I never pick up.  They never leave msgs.  I'm on DO NOT CALL but it doesn't seem to help.

they always do...

Now up to 17, no v-mail calls, in 5 days.
If it is legit, thank you to Omaha22 for the attorney's info.  I'll be tendering that to my attorney as well.

I just received a call from 971-220-1315. i call it back and got robot Ann from Political opinions of America. They did not leave a message.

Just received in Oklahoma.  My phone rang three times and disconnected.  I never get these calls on my unlisted land line, just mobile.
