I got this call at 745 in the morning. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said his supervisor is busy speaking to his boss... I said well get me someone who is over you. They put me on hold and came back on the line saying the same thing. Then when i asked who is next to them telling them what to say they hung up on me. I tried to call back but it says the number is disconnected. Caller ID says DIABAETES

excuse me but you can tell them to stop calling till your blue in the face , maybe they should go get a respectible job and stop harrassing people , i have told them repeatedly to stop calling me and they continue to harrass me i am reporting them

I dont care if it is their job or not! If i ask to speack to your supervisor,then you get them on the phone! If you want to bother someone,then call your own peoeple and leave ours alone! You all dont take "NO" for an answer and put us back on a recall list when asked to remove us. This is after the fact that we are a DO NOT CALL list! You all call saying that "I was told you were a diabetic"... One thing to say about that...HIPPA!!! you freaking Idiot! If that is so, then my Hippa Rights have been Violated! How about this.... Called twice, first time I could hear ppl in the background. I said Hello several times, only to be hung up on. The second time I was on the other line and they hung up as I switched over. I called them back and got a recording saying the line was busy.

I have received the same phone calls to the point of harassment.  I have told the people, each time they have called we do not have diabetics in this house.  Put us on the no call list.

Since the person is claiming to be from the American Diabetic Association - I decided to call their number "1-800-342-2383" and file a complaint with them since the number calling my house (971-220-1003) says it is unavailable after the phone call.

Here is what they told me (she was obviously reading it from a wording manual so they are being notified about this issue) - American Diabeties Association are a non-profit organization and thus the Do Not Call list does not apply to them.  They are free to call whomever they wish as often as they wish.  As for removing my phone numbers from their list, she would be more than happy to do that.  She would also be happy to take the information down of the harassing phone calls to determine if it was a telemarketer of theirs as there "as been many complaints about telemarketers calling stating they are from the American Diabeties Association but are really not."

So, she took my information down, I hung up with here and less then 10 minutes later I received another phone call to my cellphone!  I told the person I contacted American Diabetes Association and was notified this number may not be a phone number with them; & what was their response?  They guy on the other end "Matthew" said: We are in fact with the American Diabetes Association and are wanting to see if you would be willing to hear some more information about the disease that is terrifying so many.  We would also like to assist you in purchasing your needed medical supplies.

Once I informed him that the REAL American Diabetes person I spoke to said they  do not offer medical supplies over the phone.  They never have and they never will.  Matthew and what ever company he is scamming from hung up on me.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I received a call on my Canadian cell phone today from 971-220-1952. The person hung up after I answered. The caller ID indicates the call is from Gresham, OR. We don't do business with anyone in that location.

These slimy b*****ds have been calling me like clockwork, 3 or 4 times a week at 9:00 to 10:10 am.  I've told them to stop calling me and called them every name I can think of, but they persist.

I am going to start recording every call they make to me and then go after them for telephone harassment, both criminal and civil.

Got this "Diabetes" call, too.  Bogus.  Said it was "Medical Company Alliance".  When I asked the gal if she would please hold while I got the Attorney General on the line with us, CLICK!  She was GONE.

How do I get this number to stop calling, I went to FFC.GOV and that went nowhere.. Please help!!!

Caller ID shows "Diabetes".  About the 3rd or 4th that they called AFTER I told them no diabetics here I cussed them out in a very loud voice they hung up and immediately called back and hung up when I answered.  Now they call on a weekly basis and hang up when I answer.  Seems like harassment to me.

They are the american diabetic supply co (or so they say).  

They call me on avg 4 times a day. Trying to sell me diabetic supplies of which i am not a diabetic...

I tell them to stop... They dont... Ive filed more than 6 complaints with the fcc.... They do nothing...

The number changes every couple of days but the harrasment is daily even though im on the dnc list...

How can i trace these calls if im on vonage....   This needs to stop...

Caller I.D.  showed up as Diabetes . I'm just before "YANKING" my telephone out of the wall and "CANCELING" my phone service "FOREVER" ! So much for DO NOT CALL LIST ! I'll bet if I cut my service off "THAT WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM" ! CHARITIES (I already have my favorites

They called and the phone displayed "Diabetes".  I am writing my State Attorney General to complain.

I just got 3 calls from these people claiming that someone in my family has diabetes.  No one in my family does and I told them to stop calling.  The women told me they had not called me before and I told her this was the 3rd call in less than 24 hours.  I wish this people would get fined I am on a DNC list for a reason.
