person speaking said she was with the college. hmmm??? my cell dropped the call before i could find out which college. tried to call the number back but it is supposedly disconnected. hmmm!!??

12:05pm = Tuesday. Received call from 971.220.1894 - didn't answer & no message left. Called from a landline and got the high-low pitch sound on the phone like when you leave it off the hook for too long. The last time I received any calls from these debt collectors or credit card companies that want to lower your debt I answered them with an enthusiastic "YES, PLEASE". The lady got right down to business about asking my name and such which I made up. Then when she asked me how many credit cards I owned and the balances, I said I had only 1 and it had a balance of $39.41 on it. She promptly told me that I did not qualify for their services and hung up on me. That was almost 6 months ago. If I had not been working at the time of this last phone call I would have answered and replied with the same attitude and response. They got the message and I felt wonderful being able to give it right back to them.....just a "nice way" to tell them to

I keep getting these phone calls for Gresham, OR.I'm just declining them, and they are not leaving voicemail. I'm assuming they are telemarketer. I'm on the Do Not Call List and keep getting these calls from this number when I shouldn't be.

I have received calls from this number for the last week - several times a day.  No answer on the line, just a click after several moments.  It is harassing and obnoxious to have to answer these calls constantly - and have NO CLUE who it is - or what they want.

If I do not recognize the number the that comes up on my phone I ignore it, it has to be a scam.

Call this number - 877-877-9392 - it is the Oregon State Attorney's complaint line. He will give you the website to file a complaint electronically.  He told me that there are hundreds of complaints already filed against these people, so if we continue to send in complaints, they will have to do something about it.

I get calls from the 503 468 5526 number and I have been for months. I have put my real number in and it made no difference. I am told to call 971 220 1984 to speak to a live person but of course it is nothing. I NEED THIS TO STOP!!!! I don't know what to do about it!!  I think we need to file a class action lawsuit for harassment to these people through the FCC or something.  We need to find a way to band together and file a lawsuit together to put these guys out of business. If someone has any ideas, I wish there was a way for legitimate people to get in touch with me in order to do something to stop these calls.  Otherwise this is just a venue to vent about it but nothing gets done. I have filed a complaint with the FCC but they do nothing about a single person complaining.

Has called several times. The caller will not speak. Will disconnect on occasion. I had ignored many previous calls from this number before answering to find out who it was and what they wanted. I find the constant attempts to get a hold of me to be very aggressive. Especially if they will not identify themselves or the nature of the call. Not impressed.

Ok, if they don't stop calling you, CALL YOUR PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER!  Keep getting calls from (503)457-1345 on my AT&T cell phone.  I HIGHLY doubt the complaints I filed with the FTC, Attorney General's office in Oregon, and the Oregon governor's office would stop these people from calling me, so I called AT&T directly.  Was told that, because my phone doesn't have a feature to block numbers, that I'd have to pay an extra $4.99 just to block this number.  Asked how this was fair, being that I've already signed up to the official FTC Do Not Call Registry, and these people are BREAKING THE LAW!  AT&T came back with a "5 months of this service for free" offer.  I asked, "That will just give me a 5-month reprieve, but these people have already been calling me for months.  They've been doing this for years and aren't going to stop."  I finally told them that, being that I've fulfilled all the legal obligations to NOT be harassed by these people, I would be filing a complaint with my local Attorney General's office because of AT&T's making a profit off of people being harassed by criminals.  Spoke to a supervisor who not only blocked the number for me, free of charge, but also REPORTED the number.  Pretty sure phone companies reporting these scam artists will have an effect!

Keep getting calls from (503)457-1345 and (971)220-1984.  Do not call registry is a lie.  917 number is busy even though the automated prompt claims to call that number for a "call back from one of our representatives."  If anybody has the name of this business and address for them, PLEASE post it!  Looking to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.  Thank you!

They originally called and said they were from Google, had our company name and address and when we refused to pay for google ad words he started singing something and then said his name was Brad Wong and said FU. I'm tracking this down now, they said that to wrong business.

I too been getting calls for this number and when I call back answering machine comes out.

This # is associated with another # 503-468-5526 with the name of health insurance on the caller ID, they have a option to put your name on the no call list, i have done this 4 times and still get calls from them, they also give you an option to call another # which is the 971-220-1984 #, when you call that # you are told that the # is no longer in service.

Have tried blocking this number; have responded and notified company I do not want to be contacted and that I am on the Do Not Call lisitng. Nothing stops them.

If you sign up for something on the internet, read the fine print.  Many of the offers now release themselves from the Do Not Call List when you click "accept".  That's why I am getting a call from this number.

The reason it will take up to 30 days is because companies only have to download a full or update every 30 days for the Federal Do Not Call list. So, it does take 24 hours to be placed on the Federal Do Not Call list. Internally lists can take up to 10 days, but if they are a good company, it will be within 24 hours.

I used to run a dialer and build telemarketing lists, so I had to know all these things.

Just updated my resume on a local job board and immediately received a call from this number.  Caller was a foreign piece of garbage claiming his name was 'Lance' and that I allegedly requested information on education benefits.  Informed the foreign con-artist that I did not ask for such information and that my number is on the FCC Don Not Call List.

Thats funny cause I entered my number about 3 weeks ago and I am still getting calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

keeps calling my cell phone, no message left.
