This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Called me and asked me to make an appointment, they're from "Life Alert" supposedly. I had hung up one time, they called me again. They gave me my dad's name, our address, and his age. I'm afraid they come on Monday.

I wonder this call is made by a lonly person, probably mentally ill. I am so sorry that you have to bother so many people to find your existence. Please be well. You called me at least 7 times, but sorry your number is blacklisted on my phone. /m

They call multiple times a day and never respond to my hello then hang up....

This is one of multiple 971 numbers to be making junk calls recently.  Sick of it.  I didn't answer.

I got a call as well, but they hung up before I could even answer the phone.
