Rec'd call from  971-230-0549 on 4-15-10 @ 1120 am DST.

Male caller self-identified as "representative"(TELEMARKETER) of "Northwest Pub. Co." a business affiliate/partner of  "The Trivia pages", an online small business directory. Upon informing caller of my 2+ yrs. DNC registrant status, caller stated legal right to call my HOME/RESIDENCE(and place of small business) under alleged/supposed DNC Registry"business to business" rule EXEMPTION-(?!?!?), thereby LEGALLY  CIRCUMVENTING and INVALIDATING ALL Federal/State RESIDENTIAL DNC Registry compliance provisions!!

APPARENTLY,(AT LEAST ACCORDING TO THIS GUY)!! ALL US  RESIDENTIAL DNC REGISTRANTS(MILLIONS!!) WHO ALSO HAVE HOME BASED BUSINESSES OF ANY SIZE ARE NOW FAIR GAME FOR TELEMARKETERS  TO CALL THEM AT THEIR HOMES!!

INCREDIBLE!!!

PLEASE-REPORT THESE CALLS TO YOUR STATE/FEDERAL DNC REGISTRIES!!

CONTACT YOUR FEDERAL AND STATE REPRESENTATIVES TO END THIS EXPLOITIVE OUTRAGE!!

Rec'd junk marketing ph call from 971-230-0549 - [11:11 am] - did not answer, no msg left. Reverse Lookup points to Northwest Publishing, 971-230-0058, 2705 SE Ankeny St., Portland, OR 97214. Perhaps 971-230-0549 is an alternate line?

These dirt bags did not leave any info. As with all telemarketing dirt bags, they hide and work in the cloak of darkness just like the Democrats in Congress. If you truly knew what they were all about, or in this case, if the scumbags that call clearly unveiled their true intentions, everyone would hang up on them. I also question the low-lifes that work at these places that clearly have no moral aptitude given that they participate is what I consider to be very unscrupulous.

Any credible operation would be all too happy to provide you all the info on their company, why they are calling, and what they are really up to.

Then again, why should we expect a higher standard from telemarketing dirt bags, when all we have to do is look at the Oval Orifice and watch Chicago-style, non-Constitutional behavior permeate and ooze out from Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid, and similar ilk. Heck, this actually provides the green light for telemarketing to be even more sleazy!

Instead of forced health care takeover, what we could use is the complete elimination of telemarketing!
