Claims to be from Hydro-Quebec and wants to sell me a device to save me money on my hydro bill.I think this is a scam.

I got a call from a man by the name of Leon Bexter (Agent ID VB23), possibly had a East Indian accent saying he was calling from VISA Head office and that I had won a free trip because of my VISA rewards. He then proceeded to ask me for my card expiration date which I didn't provide to him. I believe it is a fraudlent call.

I got the same call from the same man .....i sure that this is a fraudlent call.

ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also got called, thought his name was Liam Baxter agent WB23 from Visa/Master card head office.
We reported it to Oregon police, Visa and Master Card. Was not to happy that we told him he was a scam and his number was not listed one minute after.

I got the same message-I caught him by asking his coordinates so I could call him back.
Decided to check the number - of course.  If it sounds too good to be true........ why are these fraudsters not found and prosecuted?  Hope they know that Judy is looking for them.
