I have received calls from this number. I suspect they are placed by auto-dialer as there is no one on the line and you pick up and DO NOT SPEAK. If you do speak it activates the call pr if it does not it is because someone else has answered their phone first and the calling party is occupied.
Good luck trying to do anything about it............I have reported this number several times and the word is always that they at the do not call (FCC) will be in touch by mail.............nothing happens!

two phone calls at approx610pm and 620pm they say they are from senior alert. So I hang up try to call the number and its out of service. This has happened about 8 times ibn the last 4 days.

When the call is picked up, there is silence. It lasts for several moments and then the dial tone. This is a daily event.

You can file a complaint with the DNC but you should ALSO file a complaint with FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. Next time you get this kind of call, play along and get as much info from them as possible WITHOUT giving them your own, including last name.

971-266-4411 just called and I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message they just called back so I let it ring twice amd I just picked up the receiver and hung it up. Hope they will not call again as I am on the DNC list.

Recorded message; starts only after a delay which is why some people feel it's a prank. If you listen through the message and press "1" as requested, you will be put on hold for some time before getting a person. They claimed to be the "Senior Safe Alert" company, but it's probably a spurious name so they can't be reported.

It's getting to be absurd! 971-266-4411 has called my UNLISTED cell phone number six times since 2/7/13 - with 3 of those coming in within the last week alone (2/21-2/27). No message is ever left, and caller ID shows only as "OR, USA." If I find out who they are, I'm reporting them, and hoping they will pay the $10,000 fine for solicitations calls to an unlisted, DNC number.

Calls but when I answer no one is there. When I tried calling the number the recording said it was disconnected. That sure doesn't make sense. I, fortunately, can block them.

i keep getting calls from this number, i don't ans and they never leave a message. i would love to find out who this is so i can call them back at all hours of the day and knight so they can see what it is to be harassed.

Gotten this call several times. No message left. I've never answered and don't intend to. The Do Not Call list regulations need to be updated and applied, with penalties for the tons of companies/individuals who don't heed the list or requests to cease and desist. Aaarrrrgggghhhhhhhh!!!!

phone companies can always block a number for a fee per month - i suggest getting on the do not call registry - you must wait 31 days before you can report a bad call the first time but after 31 days are over, you report every time they call - eventually local authorities will investigate and remove them temporarily

I am on the do not call list as well - my advice is to report each and every call to the do not call center - they have an online form to fill out for each instance - they wont respond to one call but we get everyone else reporting them, they will react
