They also use a completely made up number when calling. Just another scammer.

Lots of people think that robo calls don't matter. Let me tell you THEY DO!  I received a robo call from HBW at 8:00 am. I'm ill and doing chemo. The only time I don't feel sick is when  I can manage to go to sleep. These sob's called and woke me up. THANKS SO MUCH. The first thing I did after I got woken up the robo call is puke...Nice. STOP CALLING ME!

I answered and after two "hellos" they asked for my husband. I said he was not available and could I leave a message for him. She says no and hangs up. Really professional. Sounds like if they are telemarketers they aren't really looking very hard to sell.

Quit calling my phone!!!!

I pay my phone company for a service that provides a warning to solicitors. HBW 971-279-1506 chooses to ignore that warning and call anyway. They have called a dozen times. Finally I called them back and and learned they are calling to sell me insurance that I don't want. I told them to stop calling. I'm wondering if they can be sued for repeatedly ignoring the "no solicitor" warning.

I received a call from this number on July 3.  I did not answer it, so the call routed to voice mail, but they don't leave a message.  I called back to the number and asked to be removed from their call list.  Obviously, that didn't work, since they called again today.  Again, the call was automatically routed to my voice mail but they did not leave a message.  No idea how they got my phone number here at work!

This number called and claimed to be Allstate offering cheaper insurance.  He started asking questions that were none of his business and when I told him I already had insurance he hung up.

These ppl have continued to call us, despite us calling back and asking the recording to pour us in their do not call listhey just called back and ask I heard somebody breath into the phone...e@ww

HBW leads. quotes for auto insurance. Called it back and you can leave a message to not be called back and left my phone number. We'll see if they call back again.

These people employ what they call robo calls.  They dial like 10 people at a time and get the first person that answers, the rest get a dead line.  This is real frustrating when you get multiple calls a day, every day of the week.  There must be a way of stopping this practice, its outright abusive.

I never answer the phone, but have gotten repeated calls from this number "CCI" over the last 2 weeks. I just got my home phone this month. Both my cel & home is on the Do Not Call registry.

Caller ID said HBW and I picked up, said "Hello" and all I heard was a little "ping" sound and automated female voice that said "goodbye."

Weird.

This company has called me at least 10 times in the past month, since I got this new UNLISTED phone number.  I am on the do not call list.  I called them TWICE and there is an option to be put on their do not call list.  I did that and I've continued to receive calls from them.

Receive calls every day. Have know idea who CCI is.

i am getting calls from 971-270-1506. there is no message left. these are unsolicited calls. i am registered on the do not call lists for both land and cell phones.

I got a call from this number today when I answered it nobody said anything on the other side of the line. I did not hear any noices or talking on the side of the line. The caller Id said HBW and  the phone number. I do not know who they were.

It was HBW Leads, offering insurance quotes.
