i got a call from that company. i paid for it. then i saw all this stuff online about how they scam u.. i called back to cancal cause i paid on my card and they took my name and number. a lady did call back. I told her about how the company is online as a fraud and she said they are for real. U do get money. if a package is not recieved she makes sure u get it. She told me they will refund my money but i should do better research and then call them back. she says i will make money.. so i dont know if they are for real or not.  i guess i will see if this company is real..

I got a call from the same number 512-404-1292 , and as so many other people were was referred  to the 971-285-3130 number... This is ridiculous ,,, they are portraying to be a professional business that is trying to help people in a not so great economy make money... And if these other people are like me ,,, we need our money for other things... I wish someone could put a stop to this fraudulent so called company GMI ...

Pretty much , if you type down your personal # on the WorldWideWeb you will be getting some kind of annoying calls sooner or later . Remember - it is your own doing for putting it online . This is also how bill collectors find you . They have people working for them - looking for #'s on myspace , yahoo , aol , singshot , any and everywhere people go to reach out to thier friends , family and others !! Yes the bill collecters pay people like you and me , to do searches for names , even to become friends with the person , so you can obtain the # . A friend of mines , Aunt was working for one of them in Illinios and she quit the job when they asked her to do it . But alot of people will just do it for a paycheck . People be wise , be carefull ! The postcard says to call 1-800-434-0332, with a deadline by March 17th, 2008, saying to start Monday. It even claims an official form number at the corner of the postcard: PSI1367 -2008-052. offer was to pay 69.00 to get list of fha home loan customers who were due a refund. and you get a percentage of the refund as finders fee for informing the person who owned the property.This is a total scam the oporator refused to give me the name of her boss and told me she clocks in and out of a computer base business and never sees a boss or supervisor, she also said if she is ill and can not work that day she does report to someone but is not allowed to tell me who it is she reports to.sounds like someone just got caught in a lie!don't give them your money lots of people know there is a list of people due refunds but the fha is bombarded with calls from people waiting to get hold of a name to contact for a refund, lots of luck getting anyone who didn't know they were due a refund!

I got a call from 971-285-3130 and it sounds like a scam to me also. Why does the Federal Government not do something about this? It sounds like alot of people are being scammed. Nobody wants to work anymore if they have a job. It is us, the people who really want a job that gets scammed. The people who has the job to stop these people do as little as they can get away with.

I received a call from someone who claim to be in the business of helping you to do refund checks for people who had money coming from the goverment. They send me a package with false information. NOW I KNOW IT IS A SCAM. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Well, I was a sucker, I guess...I ordered and paid $79 for the pkg back in November 2008, then paid for the software, another $70, which they claim stream-lines your work, and allows 24-7 access to HUD's database, "no more having to buy each state's list separately".  I have invested, stupidly, over $400 for postage, people-finders online membership, supplies like printer paper, printer ink, envelopes, etc. I even went so far as to get letterhead printed up so the letters I send out would look way more professional.  I have only received ONE response from all my time, effort, and costs, and this response was a person with the EXACT same name as the person I was trying to locate, also similar gov't loan experiences, etc.  Tracking people has taken all of my time, cost me way too much, and has left me feeling taken.  I really wanted this to work out, but am now feeling as though this whole thing is a scam.  I have sent an email to the company and am now awaiting a response.  any others out there?  i wanna know if ANYBODY at all has gone as far as I have to make this program work, and then if they were at all successful.  my email addy:  groovydee@live.com

Just received a message on my phone about government insurance refund processor jobs making $38,943 a year. No experience, start immediately. No such jobs. This is a scam to trick you into buying the $69 orientation packet. I don't have caller ID, I was told to press 1 for more information, which I did not. This message was so full of fraud, it was ridiculous.
