So this is what I've found out, it seems that this phone number is one of many non existent phone numbers that some company sells to people to do whatever they want with. This can range from telemarketers and scam artists to stalkers and murderers. To keep in mind, people can track your phone call but you can't track theirs.

I answered my cell and some random person asked me if my name is Jane I said "you're looking for Jane?" and she said "No, I'm Jane are you the owner of this phone?" and then the call dropped. I was like wtf. So I called it back and it said the number you have called is unaligated.

Got this call on 03/05/09 @ 5:56pm but I didn't answer.  Lately it seems I keep getting strange calls from different numbers regarding  my "last chance" to renew my automobile warranty( I drive a '92!), lowering my interest rate on my credit cards and now this.  I don't know if its AT&T selling my info or other companies i.e: monster, career builder, snagajob, jobing, etc, since I've been applying for employment these past couple of months.  Anyone notice any similarities to mine?

people this is a SCAM - The only way to be safe is not to answer to any unknow number.  Please do not even press the famous option "1", since your are giving them the comfirmation to use your line. Gente esto es un Fraude - La unica forma de estar seguros es no contestar a numeros desconocidos. Por favor no precionen la famosa opcion "1", dado que hacerlo los estas autorizando a utilizar tu numero.  I am in Puerto Rico and I am a Sprint customer.

Same as the rest of you--just got this two minutes ago.  I don't speak Spanish and I'm really, really tired of these lowlife scum using this tactic to appear to be a number they are NOT, and try to sell some crap or the other.

Just read TNS post of 2/26. Excellent. About the same message and male voice has been calling from a 305 area code for the last 4 years. Calls my Sprint number. This time it is my TMobile number.
Called the FBI last time and volunteered to catch the SOBs. Not remotely interested. They are going to hit someone's elder folk and clean out their life's savings and ruin their lives...if they haven't already.

Just received a call, in Spanish, from this number as others described. There was a recorded message saying I needed to claim a "stimulus prize". At first it sounded like an official government stimulus thing, and then it got weird because the message continued saying they were selecting winners from credit card holders. I immediately got SUPER suspicious because my phone is listed in the National Do not Call Registry, and it sounded like a telemarketer thing. I pressed a number to get the company information and file a complain (I do not want people calling me to offer me anything), and when the operator started asking for personal information, I told her I was not going to give it over the phone. She said the "stimulus" was announced in the radio (never heard of it, even though I listen to the radio in my car during commute). Then, she said that, to assure me, she was a "Disney Universal Group" employee (Disney and Universal merged?, I though), gave me her name and employee number, and told me a lawyer was going to talk to me to confirm my personal information. What personal information? She had phone numbers, address, and credit cards (of course, not the numbers). She said that, because Puerto Ricans are the tourist group thay visit Disney the most (really?), the credit cards were giving away "free" vacations for $399 from Visa, AmEx and MC, and then asked for my credit card number to make sure I won the prize. This was extremely suspicious, asking for CC info. I told her I didn't have it with me (like I'm giving that away just like that), and then she said it could be any CC, from any company, even Discovery or Capital One, that it didn't matter. Yeah, sure. Since I had my laptop next to me, I googled the company. It does not exist. Not only that, Disney and Universal are not partners. So, I hung up. As I was doing a reverse number search (number is listed in Falls City, OR) she called again, but from a number listed in Miami, FL. Oregon... Florida... same person... teletransportation..? I just hung up again and proceeded to file the complain in the National Do not Call Registry.
