These people called me back in December 2013. They said I had 3 criminal charges against me and I would be served papers to go to court. Her name was Monica Russell ph # 971-404-3081 ext 6505 or lately she's calling from a 512-646-2269. I was really scared the first time they called so I actually paid 3 installments to them and then I stopped paying them because I couldn't anymore. She keeps calling me but I won't answer. I felt after a while that this was suspicious ( I mean the only proof I have of paying this old debt is the transaction- they never provided me with anything ) so I reported them to the Attorney General- they said not to answer the calls and to change my phone # if possible.They told me u can't go to jail for a debt.

I got the same  number and tring to locate the place of business. they told me to call this number (1-213-995-6226-EXT.6505. The girls name is monica . try calling it . if you dont get through.keep calling . someone has got to answer. Iv tried to locate the type of business of both some type of colletions for depts owed or loans not paid in full . they went back to 2006-2008 . try to see if you owe any depts that go back or forgot . but dont pay anything untill you are served with papers or have been summond with papers in person.

oh  And before I forget these are two more numbers they called from just to play on my phone1 number was called on my phone and someone breathed into, the other number someone called and just said chump. (443) 478-4799 and (240)387-7069

The people are b*******. They called me to tell me about a summons that was being sent to my home. But something told me to call the number because something did not feel right and as usual I do not fall for the fraud phone calls. People I spend half my day calling their phone for single malt all the way until the fact of them cursing me back out there is nothing professional about them there is nothing true about them or what they say to you. Do not and I mean do not fall for their tactics, they may come of trying to sound professional but they are not in no way no how. I cursed him out so bad that they got very upset and started talking about my family. So I enjoy cursing them out calling the two young ladies out of their names I called them so much they kept hanging up telling me please don't call back. People please don't let these people control your life or scare you. Fight back. Take your life back from them. I enjoyed pissing them off to the point that they couldn't take it

I've been receiving calls from this number for months , earlier last year I answered and it was a male, it's something about a fraudulent issue on my Account of some sort. It was rediculous and started asking me about my new address , employer and what not. THese people are bunch of scamers! Do not answer or give then your info!

I got a call from them today saying the same as many they are going to serve papers bla bla bla,I have gotten these before different number but similar message,they are debt collectors yes I have some unpaid debts but until you show up at my house with court papers I'm not worried,I know I have bad credit your scare tactics may work on some but debtor's prison doesn't exist and pay day loans can not go after you for writing "bad checks" read the fine print it's considered a personal loan not passing bad checks like they try to say it is or fraud.The last one who tried this tactic called over a year ago and no one has shown up with court papers!!!

They keep calling and leaving messages for someone else. Left a message about calling my or the persons HR department which is totally illegal. After reading this I am not going to call and tell them they have the wrong number because they may come after me for something next.

I forgot to mentioned that they called my job and my boss heard some one saying that I was going to be served with papers and other threatening b***s***.  they do not care who is listening their phone calls.  I just do not pay attention to these low lifes.

I have the same calls from these low life thieves.  I wonder what kind of aminals are these idiots to have a job like that.  Anyways they told me the same crap that I will be prosecuted and to be at home at certain time because they will serve me some papers.  I called the police and file a complaint.  The cop listestened to the threatening message left on my cell, and he couldnt believe what he has just heard.  He mentioned a name and that he was the county court case processor and that he was going to serve me the papers at that specif time.  I called the court clerk's office and asked them if they have this individual working there and she told me no, she did not know who he was, and I was told by her to call the Sheriff dept and ask them, and again they said they did not know who he was.  They told me to file a complaint to the City Police which I did.  The guy inpersonated an officer of the court by saying that he works there.  The police waited for this individual to show up but he never did.  He really saved his a** that day.  The court clerk told me that they do not call you when they serve papers, they just go there, and if you are not at home they will leave you a note.  the policeman told me before he left that if he call again save the message and call them back.

It's a croak - ignore them..

Google your state's attorney general  - consumer affairs division and you should find a number to call and they will explain how.  My state has a large office handling this type of stuff.  They are a Rogue collection company and in my state, they MUST present "proof of debt" by mailing you a bill.  They will tell you it's too late and you will be sued and taken to court.  It's a croak and they will use their Scare tactics hoping to find that one person who will send them money and wait for their email or bill.  This people SUCK and I know they will be found and prosecuted. Don't respond to their calls..Hope it helps.

Got several calls from this number stating same as above complaints. I am in the process of cleaning up my credit reports, and to date, all my debts have been paid in full. I do not have any unpaid debts. This is how I know this is a fraudulant claim! That being said, who are these people and how do I go about filing a complaint against them?

Complaint filed in MY STATE these guys are a SCAM - Dont send them money or belive their tactics.. Thumbs UP to the local Atty.  General offices they are helpful and follow up.........

These JERKS have been calling me for months telling me to call 1-971-404-3081 and provide a case #.  They are trying to collect on an Old pay day loan which I want to pay BUT will not do so without a llegit bill froma REAL collection. They skirt the issue and tell me its too late and that once I make a payment they will send me a bill .. What a CROAK.. I hope they read this and bring it on.  I a filed a complaint with my states Attorney General office and I hope they shut this JERKS down... In my state you must sent me a bill (NOT an email) which they refuse to do.  I can't wait to see them in court which will never happen and they will be pursued by local law enforcement here...MOTH******ERS..

This morning Melissa Ashley called my job and without me saying I'm Sironda S they tape recording preceeded with embarrassing messages that my work study student and other coworker have heard, they have called my father too. Now today I said let me cooperate and call to see what exactly is going on.
I called 1-971-404-3081 12/17/2013 at 9: 10 am (ish)  and Melissa Ashley pick up the phone I was put on hold for 3:57 minutes.  processing center Per Melissa A  owe $218.11, which was paid in multiple payments of 125.00, 175.00, 175.00. I had to stop them from continuing going into my account after the debt was paid. This company is upset because I did not pay them the way they wanted to be paid. So I asked for my court date, which she could not give me.  I also asked politely if they could stop calling my job. Of course Melissa was rude and said No Ma'am. I said Okay thank you, I will wait for my summons and take care of any lingering debt I owe through the court system gladly.

Same here, even calling my sister but my understanding from an attorney without the name of the company and address, nothing can be done - suggested I change my number, not doing that, not bowing down to these scum!

I got a call from the same number, stating I needed to call them back to prevent.them from taking me to court. Something about fraudulent activity and proceeded with some   kind of case.number. I have no clue about whats going on.

I've received several calls from this scam company.  I have blocked them from my phone now.   I have heard from other sites these people try to get your credit card information, etc.  Once you call them back, they now have a name to go with these random cell numbers that they dial.  I suggest that folks just block them.

What I did is block this number from my cell and home phone, as this is nothing more than a scam.  I received a message from this number stating the same as everyone else.  The last thing they said was, "Good luck in court."  Seriously?  These bottom feeders have nothing better to do than fish for information.  Do yourself a favor and just ignore them.  They'll go away.

I got a call from this number saying it was my last chance to rectify monies owed. Also stated that they are going to send me to court, also wanted me to call them back and update my place of employments address and my home address. Yeah right. Anything I may owe anyone is over 6 years old now. The statue of limitation has ran out in my state, I am not sure how to get this garbage to stop. I was getting the same calls from a colorado number but now that I have blocked that one, this number is starting toappear with the same damn threats.

I received a call from 971-404-3081 and the message that was left was about being subpoenaed to court, the message also left a reference number. Though a few free searches of this number led me to an address for a ditch witch site in Oregon with a completely different number. I will be calling this number to get more information and I will add to see if this is a legit number or not. Plus a love yelling at these people.
