This number has also been found on bright yellow paper flyers inside plastic bags dumped on my lawn and my driveway.  The flyer states a "Reflective home address will be painted on the curbs tomorrow.  These numbers may help Police, Fire, and Ambulance services find your home especially at night when addresses can be hard to find."  What a joke.  It goes on to say you can pay $20 for this unnecessary service and to leave your name, address, signature and a check in a bag on your door.   This is a scam.  They are trying to get info on you to take your money and get enough on you to steal your identity!

OMG!! These calls have been coming all day long and I say Hello, but nobody is there. I wait to see for quite a few minutes but nothing! WTF???
