Received a call this morning in Jacksonville, FL. Left no msg. Yes, the Do Not Call list is a joke. When I report it to the Commissioner of Agriculture (in FL), they send you back a form letter saying because I didn't actually take these calls (multiple offenders), they cannot pursue the offender because they didn't "actually" offer any unsolicited goods or services. So, I guess they can robo-call 24/7 and no one can do anything. The national list is no better. Can't wait until election time, with all the political robo-calls from politicos who are exempt from adhering to the legislation they passed for us (sarcasm intended......)

Call today at 6:34pm no message. did not post resume on anything. This will be the tenth phone number this year I will have to block. This is out of control --2014 has a whole new list of phone numbers that are trying to scam! I quess the do not call list is a joke. I am sure someone paid to have that not work.

I just received a call from this number at 5:45pm on 9/29/11. I am so upset because I need a job and to have some bogus company call you and make you feel like there is a possibility that someone is interested in you based on your resume is really horrible. All i can say is be careful about who you release your information to. I said my name when prompted to and regret it.
Alarms and bells should have rang when i did not hear the name of a company. I thank God for this information and pray that God will expose THEM for who they really are TROUBLE.

Same as everyone else "The scam hit me "

I just got a missed call from them (I don't answer calls that I do not know the area code). Same message as everyone. My phone said the call is based out of Texas, which was weird because I did not send any resumes to places in Texas. After doing some researching, I discovered it was a scam.

Wow,I put my resume on Career Builder a few days ago. I received call from 972-200-9825. I experienced the same thing, resume has been reviewed...please input zip code for local office (interview). I tried entering several zip codes,NO local offices in my area. Well,if they really looked at my resume they should know there isn't a local office in my area. Thank You to those that were able to identify who's calling from this number. I'm now adding them to my BLOCK call list!!

Just received a call from this number stating they received my resume. Pretty sure after reading the same situations above, this is a scam.

Got a call that this company had gotten my resume and I it appears I would qualify for a job opening they have; gave me location as Jacksonville Fl. I was then told to hold as all operators were busy and then told to leave a message. Name of company never given. I did leave a message and then went online and discovered this is a scam.

I have received calls from this number 972-200-9825 several times. They have left automated messages, identifying themselves as Liberty National. This company sells life insurance and other types.

i got this same phone call...i stupidly left my name and number to call back, since i am looking for a job. But after reading all the post there's no way im answering again! and i also did a job search on careerbuilder.com so im assuming this is where this is coming from.

Robbie Johnson 2011-09-20 01:35:27 Unknown
I got this call around 6:12pm (PDT) and it asked me to press 1 for an interview schedule but it did not say what the job title was thought I am looking for work so I assumed it referenced my posted resume. Told me all operators were busy with a high volume of calls and as I waited it rolled over into a message box whereby I left a message.
christian 2011-09-20 00:34:32 Unknown
yes me too The same message @5:36 Pm,I posted my resume on careerbuilder to apply for any job i just received a call from this number as well ...thank you all that you wright I was going to call it back today, but after reading the responses on this site I won't be doing so.
Jeepdave 2011-09-19 23:06:14 Unknown
Got a call about 6:58 pm EST and it left a message to call a number that I was what they were looking for. I am a trucker. So unless they need some insurance papers moved in bulk, I don't think I will quite meet their criteria.
Matt 2011-09-19 21:45:41 Unknown
I received a call from this number. I pressed one to get to an operator. Of course, all operators were busy. I left a message to see if they will call back. Since they already had access to my resume, they know my zip code.
Why won't they ID their business in the initial message/call?
Alonzo 2011-09-16 01:31:19 Unknown
I got the call at 5:48 and it said Liberty, which I'm sure is fake. All the other details have already been explained before me
SmoothKidd 2011-09-16 00:11:05 Unknown
Same thing, here, Just got a call at around 6pm and it was an automated system asking me to put in my postal code to find a branch near me. I also just recently put my resume on Careerbuilder.com.
Nikki 2011-09-16 00:00:26 Unknown
This person from this number has called up until 1 am my time and then again at I want them to stop
Sam 2011-09-15 22:45:07 Unknown
Yeah I just received that same call and then I called the number back and had to put in my zip code and leave a voicemail. I'm really glad I decided to look up the number to see which company it's from. This is not fair to those of us who are really searching for a job! We don't have time for these scams.
Edwin 2011-09-14 22:22:31 Telemarketer
The name of the company is Liberty National - www.libertynational.com - not to be confused with Liberty Mutual - www.libertymutual.com - which you would see regularly on Tv. They have likened their logo and website to look very much alike and are obviously riding that popularity wave. Im assuming they are after door to door sales people or some kind of telemarketing which pays strictly commission; google 'liberty national scam'. If they persist in calling just put in a zip code and whoever picks up you can request to be taken off their calling list. its that simple.
Just J 2011-09-13 00:42:10 Unknown
I just got a call from them too. It was automated and it said that I qualified for a position. It asked me to push one to be connected to someone to schedule an interview. Before I could do anything they hung up. I also posted my resume on Monster.com and Career Builder very recently. I'm sure its a scam. It's sad that someone may be trying to scam people searching for jobs! Like we can actually afford to LOSE money!!!!!!
cal 2011-09-09 00:57:04 Unknown
Received call same as messages below
RDH 2011-09-09 00:41:22 Unknown
They are still at it...just got the same message as everyone else!! As disheartening as the job market is, the last thing I need on my mind is how my information is being used by fradulant companies!!! Needless to say, I just removed my resume from Monster. Warning to all job seekers....do not post your information to Monster. They are obviously NOT looking our for users!
